It's a cute little place. Didn't take long to walk it. The kids loved looking at the plants and trying to find all the animals and insect homes. Inside, they have fossils, a snake, and a spider to look at. There's a small gift shop and a kids area to play in. It might be small, but the kids had fun, and that's what's important.

The receptionist was friendly, and theirs lots of bugs to see, and even a live corn snake named “shucks” I thought that was cute.

Love this center...I take our mini aussie for a walk 3 days a week up there. She is always so excited to see more people and get some extra pets. We always approach folks with caution and ask if she can come up to them for pets. All the peeps we encounter are always pleasant and receptive to greeting our sweet Tinkertoy. The grounds are well maintained with lots of wildlife to see, plus wildflowers & some shade & benches to take a rest on!

A great. Place to explore nature. The animals were beautiful and weren’t really afraid of people. The trail was spectacular down to the Guadeloupe river. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the plants, animals, and river.

Picturesque scenery with tranquil atmosphere. Sweet, succulent smells abound. The nearby road noise disappears when you are taken away the sights. Unbeatable price (free), but they do take donations.

My young kids (5 and 2)enjoyed the children's corner inside the building. They were completely enthralled with the exhibit seeing how water flows down the Guadalupe watershed.

It's an easy walk around the trail. It's gravel and I prefer going without a stroller and letting kids explore.
