I found the perfect place to live!!! Been here 8 months and from day 1 Michelle the manager is super friendly and welcoming. Sam and Brenda are always very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this beautiful place Rio Verde Apts.

I love this place. It's a gated community and while it's a bit pricier than other apartments, it's worth every cent. The staff is attentive and the maintenance guy, Sam, is hands down the best in the business.

I want to give a shout out and a 5 star rating to Sam the maintenance man at Rio Verde Apartments. He is often behind the scenes fixing issues and doing repairs or helping to keep our complex clean and tidy. He always goes above and beyond to make sure he can find the problem and correct it in a timely fashion. Our complex wouldn't run as smoothly without him. I'm ever so grateful for all he does for the tenants. Always has a smile and a giving heart! He makes this complex a great place to live.Thank you Sam!

Lilly in the office is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She goes above and beyond. The apts are gorgeous and spacious. The property is super clean and it has very well kept landscaping. Lots of parking. I loved it.

Family of 6, definitely on the young side comparatively, but we weren't looking for a party atmosphere so it's been great. (The 1 star review is fairly accurate but for me in a positive way.) First experience in apartments, very pleased. Temporary residence between houses. Neighbors have been very kind and friendly. Direct access to river trail now. (Which is great, it doesn't let me forget to run every day LOL.)
