Quality furniture that’s discounted off the original price!! You can’t beat it if you’re looking for beautiful pieces to add to your home. They don’t always have what you want, but persistence is key!

Don't waste your time, imagine the amount of foot traffic coming through the store, people sitting on the already dirty, damaged furniture that they're trying to sell you at a discounted price that's not really that far off from full price. And of course once you own it it's yours no recourse you're on your own. Nothing really that special there and it's all seriously overpriced for what it is. Unless that is your into dirty, grubby damaged furniture that you're getting at an overpriced discount with no warranty. The staff including the managers are clueless and inexperienced, and are sadly lacking any customer service or courtesy.

I can't wait for the response the usual brush off, sorry you had this experience we do our best to,,,blah blah blah blah blah, but nothing really changes and nothing really happens it seems to be the standard brush off and/or response you get from companies these days.

What happened to customer service customers first and providing quality, it seems to have all disappeared.

Feels a bit like a fancy garage sale, great staff, decent selection, bargains if you are lucky.
Inventory is limited and some items are fairly damaged, so it is worth looking carefully. Towels, bedlinen are plentiful and well priced.
They run promotions of 25-40% of outlet prices and that brings total discount down to ca 70% which is great.
All items purchased need to be picked up within 24 hours. There is always at lest one independed moving company representative on site to quote for transport.

I believe his name is Adrienne but could not have been more rude when my husband & I came in to do some shopping. He was very passive when we asked for help an then was incredibly rude when I asked him a question. Then as my husband took his mask off to catch a quick breathe by the door that was open he yelled at him. I've been in customer service for 15 years & while I understand the mandate there's no need to be rude or disrespectful of good paying customers. I would encourage anyone who comes to this establishment to ask for anyone to help them but this gentleman. Having someone like that isn't good for moral & instead of buying 3 rooms of furniture we decided to leave.
