RGM Retro Games is amazing!!! I found this store just by searching retro stores near me and found this store. As soon as we walked in I knew it was exactly what I was looking for! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable on everything from systems to games and very helpful on anything that you might be looking for. I found an Analog pocket console and fell in love! I had a little trouble with my card and they were more than patient and kind. While we were waiting the staff cleaned my own retro games and my personal Nintendo SP system as well as my Vintage GameBoy color system. He handled my items with care! I will definitely be coming back to this store! I am definitely a fan! Thank you RGM for being so helpful and having the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Asked to see if they have inventory of any games. Two different employees helped me out, one on their register and another around in the shop. I asked for these specific games and they said they didn’t have it. I look myself and find the ones I was looking for. Trade in values are better but you should just sell them on your own to get their worth at that point. The one on the register was great with their customer service. He was a paler guy with a beard I think. Super nice. Their manager was just a little bit unprofessional just sort of roaming around their shop on his phone. A bit unusual. The game selection was pretty good. Also the place had a weird foul smell, as if their sewer lines were backed up or something. Suggestion to get that fixed?

I had the best experience at this place. Extremely friendly staff and a very wide variety of games. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They clean your purchased games for free and didn’t even wanna accept a tip for how cool they are. Top Notch people and a great place to go.

This recently took the number one spot for retro games on my list, the other previous one being on the east coast, so this is your best place to go if you are anywhere west of the Mississippi. Joe and Team were super friendly, helpful and the selection was amazing. It's rare to go into a game store and actually find cool retro titles that aren't all the crap no one wants and I guarantee you will find something you love in this store. Keep up the good work all and we'll see you again soon!

Super surprised a place like this exists. I went in not really expecting much in terms of retro games or anything but pretty much got blasted in the face by a whole entire selection of retro games from OG Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64. Nintendo DS, Sega Genesis, PlayStation 1, original Xbox and more!

The cartridges and disc s are in great condition as if you could just pick them up, pop them in a console and start playing without any problems right then and there.

Everyone who worked there knew exactly what they were talking about and actually seemed to like their job. And then they we're knowledgeable about their games which is crazy Hard to find nowadays in the physical gaming store sector.

It's like going into a store and finding all of the games that you have lost/misplaced/never had returned over the last 20 - 30 something years And then them being at super reasonable prices to the point where you can possibly rebuild your whole entire catalog and collection from scratch!

You like video games? And definitely go in and see this place in person yourself And you more than likely well hopefully find something that you have wanted there in your old console for a while whether you know it or not.

This is one really cool shop that I think everyone should go visit, they have almost everything you could want inside! Low/reasonable prices & great employees, the owner even hooked me up with a good deal so I’m very happy with my visit & excited to replay some classic nostalgic titles!

I went to this place to buy some Xbox 360 games for me and my friends to play. I went back to the store after I bought a slightly cracked copy of mw3 (2011) and asked if they had a nicer case, they did and upgraded free of charge. I should’ve gave them a 5 dollar tip but I gotta say great place would buy again.
