Please take the time to read the reviews here and elsewhere online before making the mistake we all did. They will lure you in with an OK deal for a virtual office. Then they auto renew that for another 2 years - but at triple the price! They say they send an email warning you before it happens but they don’t. The first email I got was saying “because you didn’t say no, we are renewing you for 2 years at 3x”. This was still a month before the renew date, I called and emailed but they won’t let me out of it. So it’s like those old CD subscription scams - by taking no action they say you are agreeing to the new 3x price. Again, look online. There are law firms that just specialize in dealing with Regus. I will now have to deal with collections and damage to my credit. And there are much cheaper options than even their “bait” price. Really wish I had read more about their history before signing up.

Excellent, safe, freeway-accessible, and professional location for a legal deposition or business conference for a small group of persons. The staff are professional and friendly, and the lobby can accommodate persons who are waiting or are on standby status for a meeting. The building is modern, efficient, and secure (the security guard in the building lobby clears individuals to enter and programs the elevator to the sixty floor). The location is in an office and shopping complex just off the 405 freeway, with a parking garage next to the building.

Terrible experience. They send emails that don't trigger an alert to cancel or terminate agreement. They have the WORST customer service. A couple of companies from Playa Vista warned me, I shouldn't have listened.

This has been the worst first business office experience! My office from Regus is a one-person space with no used phone lines and is fully furnished by me. Yet, after reviewing the invoice that I first received months after I signed the contract, I found that Regus is billing me $831.94 of the1567.28 monthly for six pieces of furniture and seven handsets, neither of which I have in my office or have ever requested. When I disputed the invoices, their response was, "that I agreed to the charges when I signed the contract." So I have only been paying the portion of the invoices not in dispute. When I stated that I would be retaining a lawyer, I was asked to " give us some time to deal with the issue and the office staff would vert back to you" that was in December 2021; fast forward to today & I have yet to hear back from anyone, just getting the run around from the staff, they continue to bill me for the furniture and handsets every month and my services which are paid for separately of the disputed charges have now been interrupted. I've sent four email requests to the office staff requesting information for whom or where my attorney can forward communications, and they refuse to provide me with the information. I've also sent several emails to the office staff requesting specifics on what services are being withheld, and also no response; mind you, I've paid for all other services; the only thing I'm disputing & haven't paid is the portion of the bill that pertains to the six pieces of furniture and seven handsets. Think about it, why would any agree to pay for furntiure on a montly bases over a two year contract when you can just buy a desk & chair for less than $200 and be done.

I was originally at Regas in Playa Vista. Regus was evicted from that building for non-payment but didn't tell us customers and moved to this location at Howard Hughes. However they kept applying payments to the Playa Vista location which was closed. They also did not issue mail forwarding so any mail received to your business was simply returned to sender. I tried to get things fixed with them but they've never followed up.

My law firm partner and I were looking for office space when someone recommended we look into getting an executive suite before signing a multiyear lease for permanent space. We fortuitously found this Regus business center, headed by the office General Manager, Scott Pho.

That was five months ago and I am pleased to report that we made a great decision by coming here and were lucky to have the place run by Scott. It is a professional setting that provides a much larger and stronger impression than a new business could otherwise set forth, and Scott and his professional staff have tended to our business' every need, while also becoming persons that we look forward to seeing on a daily basis, and persons we can rely upon when the inevitable unforeseen need arises. We have had several issues come up that we could never have predicted and each time, Scott and his team have delivered, including a few instances where we needed them to stay later than scheduled and handle delicate situations.

I recommend this Regus business center to any small business owner like myself that needs office space and is not wanting to enter into a long-term arrangement, or one that simply prefers the executive suite arrangement.

The center team is always helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The center location is beautiful and clean. For a small company, Regus is a good route; the Sepulveda staff is great at being proactive with any invoicing hiccups that may occur, as well as correcting mistakes that generally are inevitable in such large business models like Regus'.
