What an absolutely fabulous office environment, the second you walk in the office you feel like you're in a rustic hotel. Doesn't feel like an office space at all. Thanks to the staff I had an easy time looking for the office that my company and I needed. After giving Cristina and Bonnie my ideal office, they were able to find something for me fairly quickly. I don't know what I would do without their help. Thanks ladies! Also, the coffee bar is quite lovely. You get to save your money and create fabulous coffee beverages there at the kitchen before heading to my office to get some work done.

If anyone can get the job done it's these two ladies at Embarcadero, Cristina gets the job done.

Our law firm sees clients at a number of Regus locations around the Bay Area and this is one of the best. Isaiah is always welcoming and helpful and assists with any and all requests we may have throughout the day, whether it’s for a specific office, an extra Ethernet cable, or whatever else we might need. The location is clean, quiet, and functional, just what we need.

This is a wonderful location! Super sleek and clean and professional. I did a day rental of an office while I was traveling to the area for business, and the place was perfect. The woman at the front desk, Aicha, is super kind and super hospitable — and greeted me with a very warm hello and had everything prepared before I arrived. A very seemless arrival and she happened to have THE most loving service dog in the world!! Who adds so much love to the already stellar environment. She and her doggy truly made the experience 5 STARS!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay away! Regus in general has been known for really deceptive subscription policies. They lock you in on a "month to month" contract but make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Was overcharged hundreds of dollars and when I contested it I was told I would be sent to collections and sued if I did not pay.

There are a ton of other co-working spaces in the Bay Area. No need to deal with Regus

I have been with Regus for 5 years. Constantly frustrating experience. Extremely poor customer service. Very unfriendly. I'm hoping to finish my contract and get out. They will over charge you for their faults . poor invoicing system, worst dash board to manage the accounts
There are many options for office spaces in each town. I highly recommend other options than stuck with Regus. I'm with other office spaces. They are friendly easy to work with , accessible
I do not recommend Regus to anyone
