Oxnard Regus, Many open doors with people speaking loud. very noisy. offices smell. run down offices. I use to share an office with 2 other people and they would steal my pens and other stuff. Be careful while you share an office or if you leave an office it can be risky to leave it unattended. Keep your eyes open in this floor. The staff Crystal was very lovely and sweet and helpful, I love her! But the older lady in the front Reyna was bizarre and rude at times. She gave me the bad look most of the times. She seem to have her favorites. Which was bad. People working here are not so kind. They are sour. The good thing about this office was the view of the food for less from my share office. 😉 I also loved the security guard Nina was nice to me. I spoke to Adam he was very helpful to me and my husband. I recommend him taking over this office. Better presence and might have a better retention rate. Most people I spoke to told me they were going to move out soon. Everyone is in a hurry to go elsewhere. Overall, I moved out now but will consider this place if Adam comes to run this place 🙂 Thanks. Maria Wing.These Crooks will triple bill you within the first 2 weeks of service. There are more ethical companies out there. These guys are corrupt like most businesses these days.

This company is so deceitful
This company is so deceitful. I have been chasing for a retainer to be returned for over 12 months. I have called, emailed, gone online and submitted retainer requests. I get hung up on, I get "escalated" and then never contacted. I have heard every single story from they've sent a check, to they've made the payment, it must be a problem with my bank. I am now passing this onto a debt collection agency as I have spent many hours trying to get this resolved and have got nowhere. Stay clear of them!!!

I love Regus Oxnard. The staff here make the experience of having an office at Regus in the Topa Towers exceptional! Reyna and Cassie are professional and genuinely nice people. My office is spacious, and the added amenities worthwhile. Some of the best parts of having an office is that they text you when clients arrive, and are always available to answer any questions one may have. Furthermore, the office is cleaned daily and the facilities are well kept. The other companies who work out of our floor are also courteous and respectful of each other's business. With 24 hour access, it's a definite plus leasing an office here with Regus of Oxnard Topa Tower.

I have a small private practice and had to find an office within a month time frame. Reyna was very friendly and accommodated my financial and space needs. I haven’t had any issues since I moved and my clients love it! Cassy and Reyna are always welcoming and respectful to those who come to see me. Thank you ladies for your professionalism. I only have a virtual office agreement with Regus at Oxnard Financial Plaza. So basically they collect my mail. They always call to let me know when a package or fedex envelope show up.
Reyna is polite, terrific and professional at the front desk. This is not a "paid for" review.

Where do I begin?
I am a very small business owner, signed a one year contract for an office I have hardly used. I made it clear in many emails that I wanted to come out of my contract, as I just wasn’t using the office for my needs, I even offered that they could keep my deposit, but was told I would need to stay for the entire course of the one year, which is fair enough. Nobody, not one person that I ever dealt with in Regus advised that I was required to terminate a contract on their portal. Even though I knew that the contract would end at the end of February 2019, I factored this in to my business outgoings. Unfortunately, the auto renew happened and I received an email at the end of November stating that another 12 month contract was auto renewed, I was shocked. I immediate emailed Regus, but was told that there was nothing I could do, the only options I had were either agree to the 12 month contract or sign a new 3 month contract, which is a lot pricier. I did this as I was told I had no other options, and now I am told to top up my deposit. I am absolutely shocked with the way I am being treated. If the system auto renews a contract shouldn’t there be a cooling off period, especially when this all happened while I still had 3 months left on my contract? I would really appreciate advice as it seems I am not the only one who has these problems. I wish that Regus were easier to deal with, I find the lack of support very disheartening.

Absolutely awful business - avoid at all costs!

Think of the worst landlords in the world, multiply that by a thousand and that's what you have with Regus. From the CEO to the receptionists, they don't care at all - they just want to take your money and give you nothing in return. The culture is all wrong and the level of service is non-existent. If there are any half decent reviews on here, you can bet that Regus wrote them, whilst actively avoiding any customer problems. Stock price is going down, staff turnover is far too high to be healthy and WeWork/other more modern co-working firms are taking more of the market share. The fact that Regus charge way more for their dilapidated offices is laughable. I don't know why they feel they can justify that, especially when compared to their competitors, all of whom offer better facilities, better conditions and better service. That's the reason why there are so many empty offices here. We are getting out as soon as possible and will council anyone who is unlucky enough to be in one to get out as quickly as possible and never return.

Regus is a shocking business with absolutely no redeeming qualities!
