I registered with this Regus in Feb 2023 and cancel 10 days within starting. But unfortunately they do not allow you fully cancel the contract, so I had to proceed with a year contract. I made 11 total successful payments all on auto-draft via my register credit card from Feb2023 - Jan 2024, 9 payments were the same 2 were not. I checked my account on Feb 2024 and a 0 balance was there, I assumed I was done. Nope in March 2024 they charged me two payments of payments at once!!! The payments have no download invoice to see what they are. I email support they simply responded and stated this is what the system shows pay it and provide proof. When I respond to the support email guess what it is a no-reply email!!!! How can I provide proof? How can my questions be answered? How can I request an invoice on what I being charged twice pass Feb 2024?

It gets worse again my credit card is registered on the system still you would think they will auto-charge the card for March 2024 for the balance due? Nope!!! Instead they charge my card $55 late fee and guess what leaves the double balance on my account!!!

I hope you see this review and seriously reconsider going with Regus personally as a consumer. Maybe if you use another business already registered it works better but as a consumer this is not it and the customer support is awful!!! You have been warned

This company doesn't deserve one star. I opened an account last November of 2022 in the middle of the month. I was told I had to pay two months ahead of time. I cancelled in the first week of January and was never refunded only to be charged tonight. I have called in January to make sure the account is closed and called when I received emails stating the account is past due both times assuring me the account is closed.

Regus business center at Millenia is a rip off DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. I had been a customer for 8 years Regus Orlando location is currently moving changing address. I requested that my service be cancelled after 8 years and they refused saying my contract has auto renewed 7 days earlier. After a 1 hour long phone call with Chastity she refused to cancel my account. Regus refuses to be flexible with me and let me go professionally. Don't waste your time with a company like this. Zero star company they do not value there customers. Piss poor customer service.

I was told by REGUS staff that I could sign a Month to Month agreement which is what I needed and not only that, was told that I could move up or down the amount of services hired based on our needs as well. NONE OF THOSE HELD TRUE. I am being charged for a service I don't need and I'm not Using, are forced into a ONE YEAR agreement when they specifically told us could work on a Month to Month basis.
Please read all the fine print on the contracts, very unprofessional folks just wanting to sign you in, invoice you and make a dime. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM! Be aware of companies like this one!

We signed a 12 month lease for office space at the Lake Mary, FL location. It has been a complete nightmare getting billed correctly. EVERY month they have continually charged us for services we have opted out of. We call and they assure us it was a mistake and that it will be corrected on the next invoice. So every month we wait to see the refund but guess what..... they never refund us they just keep billing us. I would recommend going elsewhere before renting from them.

Our company have been using Regus in Lake Mary for several years and all I can say is that they deserve 5 stars! Their staff are amazing, if it wasn't for them I'd probably not renew each year. Highly recommend this office for your company needs.

Being in regus for the time my company needed has been amazing. The reception staff and IT are fast to resolve any issues we've ever had and we had 28 employees in one little suite. They have a nice little kitchen on the floor with coffee and 2 dishwashers and its always kept immaculate. Also on the 4th floor they have an amazing cafe with really reasonable prices. If it got too hot they made sure the AC was cool for us. Our company will continue to look for regus spaces first before we look anywhere else for all temporary locations. A++
