Went to see Mufasa tonight with my family. We had my stepson with us who is in a wheelchair. Bought tickets through kiosk, no human interaction, come to find out the elevator is broken and has been for 1 year and the down escalator for the last few months. We were told, by a young employee, “you can take the wheelchair up the escalator ( his wheelchair weighs 100 pounds,) if you like or we can get someone to escort you to the service elevator to go around back” ummmmmm, what?

Movie was good, we enjoyed it, but even the floor on the theater was not clean.

Upon leaving, it took 15 minutes for a team member to come and escort not only us, but another family down the back elevator since the down escalator was broken. And we had to walk out to the elevator along the trash exit corridor. On top of that, you get to walk along a chain link fence with razor barbwire on top, (felt like we had just been released from prison).also Feeling like we were second class citizens being pushed to the back of the bus.

Regal Cinemas and Parkway Plaza Mall should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to go on for at least 1 year. The manager, was super defensive and kept telling us that it is not his money to fix it and if anyone sues due to ADA non-compliance , it would not be his problem because he would not be the one who was being sued. Good customer service,? not really.

If you are going to this theater, be aware that they are extremely challenged for any customer that has accessibility needs.

Put us in theater 15 seats were absolutely beat. Never seen seats this bad in a theater! Felt gross too. Little to no padding felt like I was sitting in a wooden chair.

So much fun! Spacious seating. Climate controlled indoor mall location. Beautiful and simple. Kid friendly. Clean. Clean. Clean. Lots of parking. Security. Close to I-8, Hwy 125 and the 67.

I loved this theatre when I was a kid, had some time to kill with the family so stopped here to watch a movie. The seats are falling apart, walls were dirty, bathroom was dirty. It's pretty run down. I don't recommend this place. It's worse than the 2 dollar theatre from way back in the day.

This used to be a decent theater, but now it's very run down. Every time we go. There's at least one of the escalators broken to top floor. Last time the elevator was also broken. That was okay for our family but not for everybody.

Really amazing, there was a very friendly man who was there and assisted us, also there was almost no wait time to get to the purchasing stand which is rare.

The elevator has not been working in months. The escalator only works going upstairs. It's a old movie theater that would be great if they put a little money in to it. It's kinda creepy upstairs with no security and a long abandoned food selling area.

One of the escalators didn't work, not sure how long it had been that way or if it's been fixed now.
