The theater is awesome. The staff is great. I had a issue with my seat and Zachary the assistant manager helpede with a different seat .Some of the people comments on here are expecting something and didn't get it . So they give low stars. I guess u can say if u wanna pay 20$ for smaller theaters less movies times and a comfy seat go down the road . But if u want nice people a choice of seats more movie times and a family friendly atmosphere this is your theater. Five stars.

This location does the job, I mean if I were to choose a Regal theatre nearby, it would be the Ontario Palace 22 location. Personally, I enjoy a larger theatre. But this particular location reminds me of a Laemmle but not as nice and fancy! I mean the seats were old and the theatre needed extra cleaning, I was so surprised to see dirty floors when the lights came on. The customer service was good, employees really nice with making sure we got fresh popcorn. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get the Regal app, you get points every time you make a purchase and rewards such as free movie or popcorn!

Here's how long it took me to not get to speak to someone about my ticket not showing up after an online booking.

Notes:
- Call gets routed to their main corporate directory
- Then you have to enter your zip code
- then you have to pick your theater from a list
- then you have to get routed to that theater
- then you have to go through another automation
- then you have to select that you want an operator 3 times because it doesn't register you're selections
- then you have to get told there's no operator
- then you have to try getting an operator again
- then you have to give up and rate them on Google because they're trash.

The commercials and previews they show after the scheduled movie start time is ridiculous! We had to sit through 28 min of ads before seeing the movie! Ticket prices and concessions are also too expensive. I’m a frequent movie-goer and normally go to the Harkins in Chino Hills. They are more reasonable, both for prices and ad time. I won’t be coming back here!

Soda machine did work
Was denied cheese popcorn with 0 explanation
Bathrooms were trashed, auto flush didn't work. Exposed wires and hand soap dispenser didn't work.
You're not allowed to add ur own butter, the solo worker with 8 people in line has to do it for you.
Over priced, for a terribleovie experience.
Employees are rude,, probably from being over worked and under paid..
Don't waste ur hard earned money on this junk theater.

So sad. Now you have to purchase the tickets through the kiosk. Where is a live ticket salesman? There's still people working inside the theater but less staffs. I hope the movie patrons will come out here again. I don't want to see irobot replace human services, Not Yet...Great experience movie times at the theater, just too quiet here....

This used to always be my go to theatre as it was always clean and had all the newest movie showings. I went last weekend to see the nightmare before Christmas in 3d and the entire movie was so blurry it kinda ruined it. I Tried watching with and without the glasses and either way it was just blurry the whole movie so that was a waste and my other issue is that They weren't playing any of the new movies on the weekend they were only showing them Mon-Thurs which makes no sense to me so on the weekend Fri-Sun they only had 2 old movies available so I'm very confused as to why I could not get tickets for a new movie on a weekend. It's kinda weird too how there is no person at the front windows that u buy tickets from anymore u just use the kiosk or sometimes there is a person at the concession stand u can get tickets from but have to pick ur seat ahead of time now which is weird but the stand itself is clean and well stocked. Also, we were the only ones in the entire theatre not just for the movie we were seeing but both movies showing at the time were completely empty which my daughter thought was kinda cool but it's sad to me but I guess what can I expect when there r no movie options to choose from lol

This is a nice place to watch movies. It was clean and sound was good. Concession stand is too price.
