Roman is magnificently helpful and knowledgeable. Especially with the electronically inept like me. He explains things so well, and has helpful suggestions. My new iPhone switchover was seamless!! Came back into today and used the warranty on my screen protector and lens protector awesome guys replaced both of them for me way cheaper then buying a new on and they protected my phone! Could not be happier?

I was having issues with both my iPads. Fortunately I choice Reconnected Device Repair from the minute I walked in the door Abel and Byron were SO very helpful.. They gave me answers to my issues. Very patient and polite to this 79 yr young lady. Didn’t make me feel like I was a novice. I totally will go back if needed

My son and I recently went to the new device repair store, Reconnected in Fountain Hills and we were very happy with their great customer service. A repair specialist, Esai was able to reset my son's Mac laptop after he was locked out. We arrived late in the day to drop off the laptop and I was called first thing the next morning to pick it up. Great local service. Give them a try ?
