Roman is magnificently helpful and knowledgeable. Especially with the electronically inept like me. He explains things so well, and has helpful suggestions. My new iPhone switchover was seamless!!

Came back into today and used the warranty on my screen protector and lens protector awesome guys replaced both of them for me way cheaper then buying a new on and they protected my phone! Could not be happier?

There used to be a old repair business here now there is a new device repair shop in this building they are much friendlier and they have amazing prices on top of all of that Daniel was able to get my iPad running in two hours!!

I was having issues with both my iPads. Fortunately I choice Reconnected Device Repair from the minute I walked in the door Abel and Byron were SO very helpful.. They gave me answers to my issues. Roman was at T-Mobile and I was impressed with his interactions with staff there. They gave me his card and he resolved my cell phone charging issue very quickly this store. I have computer issues as well which he said he could helped with.

My son and I recently went to the new device repair store, Reconnected in Fountain Hills and we were very happy with their great customer service. A repair specialist, Esai was able to reset my son's Mac laptop after he was locked out. We arrived late in the day to drop off the laptop and I was called first thing the next morning to pick it up. Great local service. Give them a try ?
