I went to see a house today for rent the realtor was Lara j Cato I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she was rude and let another family in during my appointment so I had to speak my business in front of them I was not happy with her service she needs people skills 👎🏿

Imagine being told to hurry up and submit an application because that is what Veronica read told me, and so I did because she stated that she could tell that I was already qualified. Once application was paid it went left from there, stated my landlord was a liar, I felt her tone was unprofessional. A simple you did not meet our application standards would’ve suffice. SMH this is sad that they rack application money from people, would not recommend!

Lack of professionalism and integrity on the part of the listing agent. A verbal acceptance of an offer was followed up by a text rescinding the prior acceptance.
Post occupancy need on the part of the seller not disclosed until after offers were made.

Agreed with the previous comment. Don't even know if they ran my "paid" application. Was denied and have contacted them about sending a denial letter, and there has been little to no reply back. Very inconvenient . I would like to know why I was denied so I could improve any areas as needed. as far as I read, I had met all requirements.
