Great Shopping Experience at Ralphs

It’s always a pleasure to shop at Ralphs! The place feels cozy and spacious, offering a wide selection of fresh items at prices that are often cheaper than competitors.

There’s even a drinking water vending machine outside, which is super convenient. Parking is free and easy to find.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great grocery shopping experience!

I will go out of my way for this location. I'm never disappointed with the selections and prices.
Great job on keeping the place clean.
Of course, the seafood section has that fishy scent.
I can say that the international flight attendant community chose this location to do their shopping. I personally spoke to sine lovely Taiwanese flight attendants the other day.

The store doesn’t close until 1 AM according to the sign on the door I just walked in at 12:30 AM. The cashier informed me that they are closed yelling at three or four times from the cashier station. I only needed two items. The store used to be open 24 hours in 2019. And then they reduced it to 3 AM and now 1 AM. I asked the cashier why they aren’t adhering to their advertised closing time? I said where is the store manager? I wanna talk to them. And they informed me that the manager is home in bed. There’s still people trying to go inside to grab odd items knowing that it closes at 1 AM. Only to be greeted by yelling cashier saying they’re closed. These are usually airport staff as it is the only place close to LAX that the staff can get food. If people don’t wanna work jobs, don’t wanna work their entire shift then perhaps they should be let go because we’ve all worked jobs and we’ve all wanted to leave early But last I checked a store is required to comply with regulations regarding store hours and advertised hours. in order to be open when it says it’s open. There was no emergency or no good reason provided by the cashier yelling “it’s closed“of why it should’ve closed earlier then the advertised hours on the sign on the door or on the Internet

Great selections....Veggies, Condiments (love all the Mustards and BBQ Sauces), Beer/Wine, Meat/Meat alternatives....Cheese!

The people who work the Cheese Section are phenomenal!

Everyone is helpful and nice to us!

I usually shop here every week for my family but I’ll be switching to a different grocery store. The quality has gone downhill lately and it’s really frustrating when groceries are very expensive. Twice I’ve bought meat and it reeks when I go to cook it like they are not putting fresh food out there. I’ve bought food with packages open or they don’t have items in stock.

Rude staff in the bakery area. They have admitted to not having enough staff to fulfill cake orders, and now chicken orders. There is a way to convey this to customers without being demeaning and rude. They said the woman who makes the cakes is "not good", yet they have yet to hire anyone who fits what they need in order to make their business better. I have been shopping at this Ralph's for many years and I will no longer.

I was with my , on Thursday 10 around 10:30pm, the cashier Ryan, he was the only cashier at that time, he had an attitude, he didn’t help at all, my husband forgot his Ralph card he use at the when he pays, he was acting in a very unprofessional manner, my husband is a men that he doesn’t know much about technology, I asked to please use his phone number so he can get discount, he said that was no an option, with I know it is.. I feel that this gay discriminate my husband, I was very upset because he was leafing about my husband.. This a no no , people could no be doing this with the customer, I talked to the manager and he just say, he will talk to him.. Who knows if that happened or not, Ralph you need to put more attention on what customer are treated bay your employees.. I’m very upset because the customer is my husband.. This is no fair for a customer to be on that situations because we are going there to spend money, nor to get anything for free.
