I love this store and if your a member it saves you so much money. My cart will be almost $200 sometimes and once I use my loyalty card it will drop significantly sometimes $80+ (depending on sale items I purchase)

Great produce department!! Everything is fresh and colorful and tasty when enjoying it after purchasing from the store. They also had a nice selection of Christmas items that ranged from sweets,stocking stuffer,kitchen, decorations, and more.

Local and convenient, but they don’t always have the best produce selection. Some days I go and nothing is stocked, and sometimes I get home to start cooking and my produce is riddled with bugs even after vigorously rinsing. One time I bisected a caterpillar in a brussels sprout head (that whole bag had caterpillars in almost every sprout, I ended up going back to exchange it for broccoli). The one thing, though, that really gets me, is that I am watched like a HAWK at self checkout. Usually it’s the middle-aged petite brunette woman with red lipstick. This time it was the older tall blonde woman and today was the final straw for me. I don’t appreciate having someone stand RIGHT next to me, looking over my shoulder as I scan at self checkout, and then visibly eyeing my cart before I leave. I get they’re doing their jobs, but do it in a less obvious way that doesn’t make customers feel like criminals. It’s ridiculous

I was at self check out. Kayla helped me get everything taken care of. She showed excellent customer experience. I also went to the pharmacy the pharmacist was very knowledgeable and explained the medication with great detail. I highly recommend shopping at this Ralph’s.

Well stocked and wide selection of merchandise. The produce looks good. The prices are generally better than Albertsons but much higher than Winco or Aldi. Aldi is close by on the same side of the street and just the other side of the 15 freeway. We visit this Ralph's mostly for the Redbox movie rentals.

The cashier was very rude and neglected us service, I was paying my transaction and I wanted to pay with another card. She was very rude and I will not be coming here again
