What a beautiful park! We only stayed here for a night but will be back. Super quiet. Hubby said bath house was clean & great water pressure. My only downside was the amount of ants around. Whenever we came outside they would instantly start crawling up our shoes & legs ? will probably request a different spot next time.

A nice older RV park (members of Escapees only) with mature live oak trees providing ample shade.
Full service with water, electric sewer. The park is clean and well maintained.

If you are not 60+ years of age and miserable with life, DO NOT COME HERE!! We thought this might be a decent place to stay and paid for a whole month and planned to stay longer. Being discriminated against for being a younger family that doesn’t bother anyone. The neighbors are nice so far but the manager Theresa is not great at communicating nicely or treating everyone the same. She told us we had to move our camper to be at an angle after we were here for three weeks already although many other campers didn’t have their campers angled. We move it anyway and didn’t say anything about it. Now that we are trying to pay for our second month, this woman has made it impossible for us to pay our correct bill or pay a bill at all. We tried asking Theresa on Sunday how we needed to pay our second month with her and she said we weren’t due yet. So Tuesday, I get an email that our bill is due and i had signed up and paid for the yearly membership like she told me I should do so that our monthly bill is cheaper. I’ve tried doing it multiple times but their website wasn’t working and wouldn’t let my payment go through. But I finally got it to work Tuesday afternoon. So I called and left a voicemail to try to tell her I signed up and needed to pay a corrected bill, then never heard from her so I called a SECOND time on Tuesday and she tells me she will not be correcting my bill until the next month because my second month was due on Monday (yet she emailed me Tuesday that my bill was due then). So I emailed her stating my concerns and that we would be there at the office to pay our corrected bill the next morning since her wifi was down Tuesday and I couldn’t pay with my card (hence she’s making me another day late again). Wednesday morning, my husband goes to pay the bill in cash like I told her we would do in our email and she refuses to do the right thing and correct our bill, still trying to charge us MORE money. So my husband was just going to pay it with a card since he only had the correct amount of cash of what our bill SHOULD be and she tells him she can’t take a card right now because she doesn’t have internet MAKING US ANOTHER DAY LATE. How hard is it to let someone pay their dang bill? She says the reason she won’t correct our bill is because we signed up for the yearly membership on the day we are trying to pay our bill (YET THE GUY BESIDE US WHO WE RECOMMENDED TO COME HERE PAID HIS YEARLY MEMBERSHIP AND PAID HIS MONTH IN THE SAME DAY). Oh and then he even got an email on Tuesday that his stay was cancelled when he never cancelled.. please make this make sense because it’s mind blowing. If you can’t run or manage a business properly, then HIRE GOOD PEOPLE WHO CAN instead of asking people to volunteer and do free work in the park. This matter with Teresa has been very unprofessional and is extremely unwelcoming to people under 40 years old. Save your money and go elsewhere. There’s cheaper and way nicer places around Baldwin county.

?Beautiful park up until Hurricane Sally. ?Most of the trees were destroyed. The work campers have really not been up to the task that they were in 2016-18. Most of those who were real handymen, jack of all trades have left.
? *. Very strict about keeping pets on a leash. Been yelled at a few times for letting my 2 year old Shih Tzu run to my parents Rv next to mine.
?* The pool has been broken.
?* WiFi is down with no plans to fix per management.
?* You can no longer lease long term without having to move your rig once per year per Livingston.
? *. If you are just camping, you can only stay 8 months then are required to leave for four months.
?* Rent for lease lots has been wonderful for last 10 years and now the management has decided to double it starting contract renewal, rather than raise incrementally.
I Left after living there since 2016. Rainbow ? is just not the same park it once was. Many snowbirds have talked about the decline of the park and just stopped coming claiming the park is really not the same anymore. ?

A lot of full timers/seasonal folks. It sits inside a 55 and over community. It’s a little weathered. Some sites have big oak trees and grass. Our side was dirt/sand with tree roots popping up everywhere. 0 to do for kids. $1.50 a load coin laundry. It’s good for what it is and for the nightly price. We stayed 12 nights

Let's start out with I've Stayed in RV parks all over the United States this has got to be one of the most unwelcoming places thus far. They are 100% Anti children. We have stayed in over 5 RV parks in the last 30 days and 100 in the last year never have we had a complaint about our children. We were at Hour 3 of a 7 day stay before they were sending emails. The park is not a campground at all but a few RV spots shoved right into the middle of a neighborhood with loud traffic at all hours.

We left as soon as we could cutting our 7 day stay to a 2 day and leaving on Easter. I wish I hadn't even given them that much of my time. Checked in at another Local RV spot just 5 miles down the road who had heard the same complaints about this place several times before.

If you're 55 years older, bitter about life and hate you're neighbors. This is the spot for you.

All others keep on driving!

Beware read all the reviews about the management here before you book your stay here. The manager Chris will watch the cameras all day and if you go up to shower she will complain that you took too long of a shower even if you have a child with you showing. They are also anti kids that my teenager wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom alone without Chris sending an email complaining about it when I had walked with them to the bathroom was just in shower when my teen was done and had went back to the RV directly. I ended up cutting ties with this place early after all the complaints from Chris. This is has to be one of the worst RV parks I've ever stayed at if you would even call it that. It's in a subdivision for residential homes. Lots of road noise, terrible cell phone service, terrible hosts, and the washers and dryers were not clean at all. I've been to over 100s of campgrounds and have never had someone be so out right rude like that.

Do not stay here unless you hate kids and people as much as Chris does. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I should have read the other reviews and never gave this place any of my time and money.

Have talked to other people in town as well that have heard that this park hates children. So book at your own risk.

Our favorite place to spend the Winter - lovely weather and plenty of things to do. There are many activities to take part in at clubhouse. Close to town and shopping. Part of Escapees park.
