Quite random for Jimmy Fallon to be here, I don’t think anyone visiting Universal is looking forward to this (also why I am getting introduced to New York when I come all the way to Orlando?). The waiting card is very confusing, regarding which color to go first- especially some colored cards looks very similar (orange & red). The ride is cool and the waiting room is nice though.

For sure one of the better rides because they sit you according to your color ticket. It’s great because you watch clips of the show sitting and relaxing while you wait. Once in line there are more TVs to watch. After a short video to introduce the ride you get on and zoom off wearing 3d glasses. Wait was about 20 minutes and the ride seemed about 6 minutes. Not big into Universal switching to so many 3d rides as I liked the older ones like Jaws, Twister, Kong and Terminator better. This ride did hit the mark. If you don’t like too much motion this is the best ride.

My son single handedly extended the wait time from 15 minutes to 25 minutes by throwing up chicken tenders while almost to the front of the line. We got off the line immediately and ended our day. Staff were great about cleaning it up right away and not being grossed out. Great ride though. Been on it before and it’s so fun and well done.

I recently had the chance to experience the “Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon” ride at Universal Studios, and it was fantastic! The ride combines humor, cutting-edge technology, and a love for New York City in a way that’s entertaining for all ages.

Queue Experience:
The virtual line system is a game-changer, allowing us to reserve a time and avoid long waits. The Studio 6B Club where we waited was filled with interactive games, clips from “The Tonight Show,” and even appearances by Hashtag the Panda, which kept us entertained throughout.

Pre-Show Entertainment:
Before the ride, we enjoyed a lively performance by The Ragtime Gals, a barbershop quartet that brought a lot of fun energy. There were also fascinating displays showcasing the history of “The Tonight Show,” which added a nice nostalgic touch.

The Ride:
The ride itself is a 3D motion-simulator that takes you on a thrilling race through the iconic streets and landmarks of New York City. True to Jimmy Fallon’s style, the ride is filled with humor and references to the show, making it an enjoyable experience for fans and newcomers alike. The combination of 3D visuals, motion effects, and wind and water elements makes for an immersive and exciting journey.

I renewed my annual pass today for the first time in 3 yrs and Jimmy Fallon was the first attraction I tried. Because there was minimal waiting.

Quite surprised there was practically no change since my last visit here 3 years ago and literally no change since its inception. People with motion sickness should avoid this even though it’s not too severe.

Considering the minimal wait time, I think this ride was entertaining. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to experience this ride. By the way, after this ride, I began to miss NYC. Just slightly.

One of my favorite rides!!

The pre-ride experience is great.....while you wait, the screens have jimmy fallon and co entertain you with skits and music. The ride itself is very entertaining and, in my opinion, one of the best rides in universal. Additionally, it is a nice break from the florida heat to wait inside until it's your turn to ride!! Huge entrance with lots of space!
