I had the pleasure of working with Traci at Quincy Thrift recently, and I cannot express enough gratitude for her outstanding support during a difficult time. Traci went above and beyond to assist me with the celebration of life for my beloved uncle who recently passed away. Her acts of kindness and generosity truly touched my heart.

Traci loaned me various items for the event, which made a significant difference in creating a warm and meaningful atmosphere. From decorations to essential supplies, she had everything I needed and more. Not only did she provide these items, but she also offered special pricing on over 80 vases that were crucial for the beautiful floral arrangements. Her understanding of the importance of the occasion and her willingness to help made a tremendous impact on the overall event.

Traci's unparalleled kindness and generosity are truly commendable. Her dedication to the community and her willingness to go the extra mile for her customers is simply remarkable. Her warm and caring nature made the entire process easier for me during a challenging time. I felt supported and valued as a customer, and I am forever grateful for her assistance.

In addition to Traci's exceptional service, Quincy Thrift itself is a treasure trove of unique and affordable items. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any inquiries.

If you're looking for a thrift store that not only offers great bargains but also has an incredible member like Traci, Quincy Thrift is the place to go. Her dedication to the community and her commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets this establishment apart.

Thank you, Traci, for being an outstanding member of the community and for making a difference in people's lives. Quincy Thrift and your exceptional service will forever hold a special place in my heart. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone seeking quality items and exceptional customer service.

My invitation to Quincy Thrift came from someone who described it as her favorite thrift store. In under one visit, it might just have become my favorite thrift store, of all thrift stores, and I've been to more than a few. I was one of "those people" rifling through the bins in Portland, OR in the mid aughts, and have made my wardrobe out of similar stores ever since. Quincy Thrift combines everything that makes a second hand retailer special: a curated selection of quality goods, tastefully and logically arranged and presented, priced to sell. In Quincy Thrift's case, "priced to sell" is actually quite an understatement. I picked up a woven hammock, locking briefcase, wool-lined leather vest, Tamrac camera bag, a strip of LEDs, large Playmate cooler, and a large ramekin -- all in good to great condition -- for under $40.

forty.

dollars.

...

I paid in cash, and even got a $0.50 piece in change. Traci with an 'i,' the store's sole proprietor, had anticipated my every thrift need, right down to my admiration for uncommon coinage.

A couple weeks later, when I needed a suitcase, and no one in town sold any new, I called Quincy Thrift on the off chance they had one. They had three, one large and two small.

"How much for the large one?" I asked. "Five bucks," she replied.

I'd been seeing if I could get an LL Bean Extra Large Adventure Duffle expedited to Quincy for what would have been over $100. Traci and her exceptional store did the trick for less than 5% of that cost.

There are a handful of places in the big wide world of American retail which I admire. A select few I count among my personal favorites. Of those, maybe one or two are businesses that impress me so much that I feel *indebted* *to* *them* for what they provide me, provide others, provide their communities. Quincy Thrift now sits atop that shortest of short lists. There will never again be a trip I take to the Sierras that does not include a stop in this store.

Always a great experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend utilizing the custom map frame shop located in the back of this store. They went above and beyond with my project and I would recommend them again any time!

A Quincy Landmark -- a large locally-owned thrift shop that is not only well-organized but is also great fun to visit. There's always new, creative displays out front to view, and a treasure trove of clothes, books, kitchenware, and costumes to be had inside. Sometimes there's even live music. Good prices and friendly staff that will help you find whatever you might be looking for.

Great selection, everything is in good condition, well organized, very underpriced. There is something for everyone at a price literally anyone can afford! The owner is the absolute nicest. The window displays are eye grabbing and well thought out. It is everything you could possibly want out of a thrift store and thensome. Definitely our favorite thrift store ever and a must go to for anyone coming through town.

No other thrift like it on Earth! Tracy and her team provide a fantastic experience with all the trimmings... No matter what you're looking for she's got it there somewhere, from prom dresses to printers, books, movies, and cds, don't forget that cord or cable you've lost to your doohickie, take a peek inside the drawers or explore what hides behind locker doors, you'll find what you need and a whole lot more, but get to the register and the price you will pay shall be your only reminder that you are at Quincy Thrift Store!!!

My home was lost in the Beckwourth fire. I have been looking for a cot and everywhere I looked they were out of stock. I almost didn't go in the store, but I thought what the heck. In about five minutes I had my cot which was donated, so no cost to me. Service at this store was beyond my expectations. So much so I walked out feeling guilty about the generosity I had experienced.
