I have been coming to Pura Vida Wellness for about a year and cannot imagine my life without it now!! The contrast therapy is amazing and has so many physical and mental benefits. This place is truly special and has aided in my wellness journey tremendously. You feel like you are in a jungle/spa and Duane the owner is the best. Highly recommend checking this place out!

We are truly blessed to have a wellness oasis like Pura Vida right here in West Palm Beach. The owner Duane has put in a lot of love to this business which you can palpate from the moment you set foot in the facility. Wether you receive one on one training with him or use any of the other services you walk out a better person. I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here almost daily for over a year and I can genuinely say it has changed my life. No exaggeration. I originally started to come here To recover from my workouts. It has truly exceeded my expectations. It’s as if my recovery has been cut in half since going to Pura Vida. The quality of the ice baths and saunas here are unmatched.
I’ve become more disciplined since starting this practice. Its as if every hard thing in my life has become easier. Its easier to make better decisions, which has led to a healthier and happier life for me.
There is also a social aspect of going to Pura vida. This place attracts such friendly people. I’ve had some of the most inspiring and amazing conversations in the sauna. Ive gained two new incredible friends thanks to pura vida. This place offers a wonderful community. The owner Duane is so kind and accommodating. He also makes you feel safe and supported.
I am beyond thankful that Pura Vida wellness exist. With no exaggeration, it has literally changed my life in all the best ways. My membership here has been worth every penny and more. All the health and happiness it has given me is priceless.

This place is truly a slice of heaven. Pure relaxation and revitalization. From the high quality sauna & cold plunges, to the community this place attracts, love is an understatement. Duane the owner is extremely professional and keeps the place spotless. The gym is a hidden gem within and he provides exceptional, intuitive training. This oasis makes you feel like the comfort of your own home yet also on vacation at the same time. Pure bliss.

Had the absolute best experience at Pura Vida Wellness! Duane was so helpful (& patient) while my friend & I got brave enough to dip into the cold plunge. The sauna was absolutely gorgeous - truly one of the nicest ones I’ve been in. And Duane’s dogs were there & they MADE the experience - the sweetest & most soothing distraction while we breathed our way through the cold plunge. Left feeling like a million bucks!

Pura Vida Wellness Center is such a wonderful sanctuary. I feel so happy, relaxed, grounded, and full of joy whenever I set foot into this beautiful space. It makes me feel like I'm in a jungle! So happy I found Pura Vida Wellness! I’ve been a fan of cold plunge for several years. When I first moved to West Palm Beach I tried two other nearby businesses but found this place to be ideal.
I highly recommend it! It’s not just cold plunge and sauna, there’s definitely more offered.

Pura Vida Wellness is an oasis of peace and calm in a the world of anxiety. The atmosphere and feeling you get truly takes you away. I have been searching for this combination sauna and cold plunge for years… and now I have found it. My hips and legs feel 100% better after I go! I just love it.
