Surprise! Stopped here during the Art Festival. The Babaa is a Pokémon fanatic. The other granddaughter is into Anime (cartoons). There was a game tournament going on in one room. Another 2 games in separate rooms. Lots of merchandise and a foodie counter. The staff was nice and answered my questions. Have another place now to take them for their treats/items.

If Gandalf opened a shop, this would be it. Punk Outer is the epicenter of all things tabletop and card-flipping madness. Whether you're summoning Eldrazi in Magic: The Gathering, hunting shinies in Pokémon, or just rolling dice like your life depends on it, this place has your back.

The staff? Legends. They're like NPCs with maxed-out charisma stats, always ready to guide you through your next purchase or share pro tips. I once walked in for sleeves and walked out with an army of miniatures and a new group of gaming buddies. No regrets.

The vibe? Pure nerdvana. Think the Mos Eisley Cantina, but with fewer bounty hunters and more booster packs. And the tables? Perfect for unleashing your inner wizard, warrior, or dragon trainer.

Prices? Fairer than a dungeon master on a good day. Selection? If it exists in the multiverse, they probably have it. They even smell faintly of cardboard gold (or maybe that’s just the booster packs).

TL;DR: Punk Outer is a critical hit to your wallet but a +20 to your happiness. 11/10, would trade my soul for a Black Lotus here.

Very nice shop! My daughter and I decided on a whim to stop in after dinner. I wanted to look at paints and she wanted to just browse. There were a good number of people playing on a Friday night.

They have a good selection of supplies for painting minis. You're not going to find every Citadel or Vajello paint, but they have a great selection. The pots also look fairly new so you're not getting something that's been sitting for a long time. They do have brushes, flush cutters, glue, and pretty much what you need to assemble and paint your mini. I didn't really see a good selection of basing items, though.

I talked with a very nice gentleman at the corner. He answered my daughter's questions. Even though they didn't have what she was looking for they knew what it was and gave her suggestions on where to look. We also talked at length about mini painting. There really are some nice employees here.

I didn't know they had taps for beer! If I can come and sit down with some paints and minis with a pint, that would be over the top!

Absolutely adore PunkOuter. Super LGBT friendly environment with a great selection of trinkets, trading cards, and tabletop. They also have a lovely bar, and host game nights. Tables are available for reservation.
Must stop for both locals, students, and the vagrant tourist.

Super nice and welcoming staff! On my second or third visit, they were already greeting me by my first name.

The store owners / staff are also very active on their discord server and take very good care of the community: Making sure that the most requested (magic the gathering) formats are played / sets are drafted, players are informed about any ad-hoc changes etc.

I did play a magic the gathering prerelease event there, which was great fun! The prices are very competitive: the Dragon Shield sleeves that I bought there were pretty much the same price as in every other large (online) retailer. A nice touch: There are "sample sleeves" attached to the shelf, so that I can see what the color looks like before purchasing.

Also: Good selection of softdrinks and local beer. Tables are equipped with cup holders which is neat! Store is also super clean.

Great staff and great location, every visit I have felt very welcome. They really do deserve their many 5-star ratings.

I've never been inside but, dropped my child off to build a Gundam. Then, went down the street and mentioned the place, and someone in that establishment said it was an amazing place. I don't build gundams but, I will take the words of two like people and say it's wonderful.

Great table top gaming spot with refreshments!
Staff is very kind and helpful, aside from them my favorite bit is their MTG repacks that are only $1.
They also have a beautiful collection of shiny math rocks for your inner goblin! Keep up the great work y'all, one of my fav spots to visit!

Attended a Blood Bowl Tournament and could not have been more happy with the staff, the product and the gaming space. This is the standard that all FLGS should strive towards!!! Spending more than 10 hours in the store, it was a fantastic experience and I very much look forward to visiting again!!!
