Despite the other reviews I will say I was happy with my decision to host my daughter’s party here. From the moment when I booked all the staff members were so helpful. The day of the party was great and kids had fun. It was nice and clean. And I had tons of decorations and with the assistance of the staff I was able to get it to look the way I wanted while the kids were in the second play area. Everything was perfect and I would definitely book again

It was decent..the staff members were nice but stayed on a cell phone most of the time. My son and nephew seemed to have enjoyed themselves, but it was not worth driving 35 minutes for at all. I do not plan on returning. Looked slightly worn/run down.

This was one of the best places to host a bday party. The front desk employee Louis was friendly and professional. He took time to go over my package in detail and answered all of my questions. The party attendants Xavier and Kinsley were respectful and professional making sure that everything ran smoothly and that all of our needs were met. The venue was very clean and everything ran exactly to time.

The children enjoyed themselves. Both the young ladies were very helpful with waivers and drinks. I need the company to support the funding for new bounce houses in this community.

I got there 1 hour before closing and had to register the kids in (safety sheet, took like 15 minutes, I insisted on touching the screen thinking it had touch options on the tablet and had to start over) the young lady took the kids in, she saw me struggling with that tablet, by the time I made it in the kids were all over the place running. It wasn't packed and they had new bounce features and added on to the place, I was really suprised. The kids were there playing under an hour but they had a good workout, they TRULY utilized there time well. I was really pleased with the older kids engaging with the younger kids, in a playful manner and not trying to harm or hurt them. I LOVE the staff, patient well mannered and friendly. Take advantage of the Groupon deals and GO!!! Money and time well spent. We had to go back for the glow party, the kids had a blast.
