I have multiple computer repair contacts across houston, I like them all and they all do their best to solve what issues I put before them. Mr. John fixed a brand new laptop I purchased for literally no money at an estate sale because the screen wouldn't turn on. He was able to fix the short and format the hard drive. Laptop is less than a year old and retailed new for nearly $1000. Combination of a tablet and laptop, works unbelievably well and fast. I am now able to multitask between my gaming computer and newly repaired laptop because of Mr. John. Pricing was absolutely fair and fast. Going forward, if it's something I cannot fix when it comes to computers, I will definitely bring them to him. People, please support local businesses, such as Mr. John's. Thank you!

Mr. John did an incredible work on my all-in-one piece computer. Not only is he honest, but also he is the best computer technician I've ever seen in my whole entire life. If, i had to describe my experience in one word, it would definitely have to be "amazing". Mr John is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the workmanship and the quickness of the technician, makes me forget about every other service shop. I brought my PCs and Laptops here to get fix, and i could pick up after 2-3 hours (on time, even holidays around) or Mr John would text me when i should come and pick up after he checked. Specially, Mr John is an honest person i have met. Most shops i had went to, they charged and arm and a leg, but Mr John will tell you exactly what the problems. Even if you are not tech savvy, Mr John will take the time to explain it to you. And he will show you what to do to take care your computer after all. I recommend this place to all friends and family, and you.

I recently took my crashed lap top to Mr. John in Pearland not knowing what to expect. I got fast and honest service at a VERY reasonable price. My lap top is now running like new after Mr. John worked his magic. He is very friendly and honest - his price estimate was the total cost - !
Excellent service and an experienced honest repair shop Mr. John even helps after he fixes it Computer troubles should be taken here for a fix.

John correctly diagnosed the problem with my Toshiba laptop, when Best Buy/Geek Squad did not! He repaired my computer quickly (1/2 day) and gave me pointers to keep it in good health. Very customer service oriented and knowledgeable. I recommend his services.
