After a passing, I needed to sell a home in Prescott Valley in December 2021. I live in Phoenix and had no contacts in PV.

I found Brian online and called him. I explained that a relative had passed and the home was filled with low value items after 30 years of hoarding. I needed a company to do a whole-house clean-out that included hundreds of hardcover books and extremely heavy equipment that had sat for decades. The home had a lot of deferred maintenance to address. All of that; and I live 100 miles away.

Brian quickly presented himself to be the Realtor of choice. We discussed the current market conditions and I felt confident that he knew how to maneuver in this wildly unusual market. He also arranged for the property to be quickly and efficiently cleaned out. Brian sold the home as efficiently as I could have hoped for. He communicated often and in “just right” amounts.

Every commitment he made was completed. He “told it like it is” and always kept an upbeat attitude. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brian.

My family started out renting from Brian and Nancy in 2011. When we were ready to purchase a home in 2013 we used them and the entire process was stress free and easy. They truly work for you and listen to what you want and need in a home. When we were ready to move into a bigger home, 2020, we contacted Brian and Nancy again. We had the same service as before but were able to experience the selling and buying of a home this time. They listened to our needs, are very responsive to questions or concerns and provided sage advice throughout the buying and selling process. I have recommended them to friends and family before and will continue to do so.
