DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LOSERS.
They have no service and waste your valuable time! They claim that they do have service but I literally had to chase them with emails to get them to move things along because they take days to get back to you or don’t even get back to you at all until you contact them multiple times. After months of back and forth they finally sent me the contract and it should have only taken a few weeks to get to that point. I was still extremely kind and patient with them at that point but when I tried to call them to get some questions about the contract answered they never answered their phone and that was 3 days of constantly calling them and leaving messages. So I decided to send them another email and they told me that there were people there the whole time and that they never received my voicemails and that they would call me the following day. Guess what?! They never called and the weekend came and they were closed and then Monday came and went with no call. Like I said no service. Then I reached out to them a bit upset (keep in mind I’ve been extremely nice and patient up until now) and they told me that I was treating them poorly and that they didn’t contact me because they choose who they want to work with depending on how the client treats them so they are saying I’m treating them poorly. (What a joke) They really need to check themselves before they tell people that they are treating them poorly because they are literally the ones who are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. This company is a joke and the two stars makes allot of sense now after dealing with them.

Warning. Please investigate before doing business with these people. They have comitted theft as they did not pay once they have sold your item. I dealt with Dan Levin and he kept promising payment but then failed to do so. He is very good at deflecting concerns on this review page but most of the feedback is very accurate. He also kept trying to get me to drop my prices down to nothing...I'm glad I removed my remaining items from this company.and truth be told I'm surprised I got them back. Very Unprofessional.

Premiere Props did a great job selling my consigned items (several signed movie posters). Got a good price and they paid me within a few weeks (which is well within the terms we agreed). Everything was above board. I think some of the other reviews on here are likely fake probably posted by competitors or disgruntled ex-employees... because in my experience Premiere Props was 100% ethical and professional.

2 Years Later and still no resolution to this very Dishonest Business.
BEWARE DO NOT CONSIGN OR BID.
This company is the most unprofessional auction house I have ever encountered and they give auction houses a bad name. I put my celebrity costumes and other costumes up for auction with reserves and I am still waiting over a year now for payment of money owed to me in the access of $8,000.00 and the return of the costumes which were not sold and that Mr. Dan Levin has confiscated valued in the amount of 32,0000. I have had to hire legal counsel and incur legal fees and still he has not returned my goods or paid money owed. Many costumes were shilled by the "floor" and bought below reserves by Mr. Levin and Co. cheating me of money and the chance to sell at my reserves or higher. This is not what prestigious auction houses do.

I am met with rude emails and lies. I have had filed complaints with the BBB and the BCA, both coming to no resolution.

I am sorry the day, I contacted this company, they have made my life hell.

This company cares ONLY about the bottom line... BUYER BEWARE!
Customer service is virtually non existent. Charged over $250 for delivery on a $50 item. When I tried to contact them, they didn't care about our concern at all stating "Read the terms and conditions" and hung up. Absolutely worst service ever.

Bought a small item from them on June 15, 2013 and, here it is, October 12th and I still have not received it.

They responded to one email saying:

"I apologize for the delay, as we had an error in our processing system that unfortunately set us back for a few days. We appreciate your patience during this time and will work to speed up the shipping of your order as soon as possible. Hope all is well."

A few days!?!? More like a few months. And still waiting...

Do not buy anything from them.
