The rooms are nice but not perfect. The ac was comfortable and no complaints. The room had a mini fridge, stovetop, and stocked coffee. Beautiful pool! Small gym and pool tables upstairs. The place had an old world FL feel but we’ll kept. Great little restaurant and bar, too!

We had a fabulous time staying here on our visit to the Everglades! The owner is so friendly and helpful! His recommendation for a dinner restaurant was spot on (the hotel restaurant wasn't open when we were there). We had a small issue with our room and the maintenance guys resolved it very quickly. The hotel property is located at a marina and it was fun to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view. We also enjoyed strolling along the seawall and seeing boats, fish and even the resident alligator! We didn't use the pool but it was huge and looked lovely. Everyone we met was super friendly. I would stay here again!

Unique location in the Everglades before you get to Marco Island or Naples. Closer to the mangroves and parks, further from the restaurants and beach.
Hotel has a gym and game room with pool and other games.
Restaurants Saigon to Paris which has great food and service.
Breakfast is on the tiki bar outside and has pastries, yoghurt or fresh cut fruit and yoghurt.
Pickle ball courts are new with supplies available from the hotel.
The wide life around the hotel and adventure tours that start here make exploring easy and convenient.

Perfect place to drop your things and go. Not a resort, but that’s not what we wanted this time. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Towels were a little threadbare. Kitchenette was convenient. It was the perfect middle spot for all of our adventures. About 15 minutes from Everglade City, 15 minutes from Wooten’s, and 15 minutes from Marco Island.

Incredible Vibe at this resort. Personal and great customer service.
Such a laid back, relaxing Southern Florida style. Rooms clean. Pool is Relaxing with palm trees swaying. Quiet with fun spots to watch activities at the Marina. Boat tours available at Marina.

The price is very reasonable especially considering the peaceful atmosphere around every corner.

The restaurant...Wow. Variety and so well prepared and served. Just delicious doesn't do it justice. We LOVE it here and are repeat customers.

Though making some transitions, the staff is worked hard to make us comfortable and happy. This place is beautiful. Our room had everything we needed. The bed really comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Kudos!!

This was a studio rental through Evolve on Booking.com. They show the price of the room and then upon checkout, the tack on a big service and cleaning fee. We had to go to the front desk to get help getting into the room because the instructions for the key box they gave us were incorrect. The service from the actual resort was extremely friendly and helpful. No complaints there. Parking was scarce and not close to the room. They instructed you upon check out to strip the beds and put in a pile. Upon doing so, we realized how nasty and stained the mattresses were. The blinds on the door were broken in several places, and someone didn't know how to hang curtains properly as they were hung facing the wrong way. They charge a cleaning fee, which is a joke because the coffee carafe was dirty, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, mold in the grout lines of the shower and you had to wash any dishes you used which would've been a problem if they provided dish towels, dish rags or spunges. They stated in confirmation email that there was WIFI, but there wasn't. The shower curtain was hung too high, so it left a substantial gap at the bottom, enabling water to get all over the floor. With our experience, I could not recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing about this place was the uncle porch with a view of the marina and the resort staff.

Stayed in the main building, second floor for two nights. No elevators. Room had a strong chemical smell that luckily diminished after a bit with air conditioning on. Air conditioning very loud and clunky. Extremely dated old rooms and not very clean. Doors & walls dirty and front door had two locks but only one lock worked with a key. Bathroom door knob was old and rusty. Small bathroom not clean, walls chipped, shower with old tile and dirty stained grout. Ceiling tiles in room had water stains. Resort website states daily cleaning service, however our room was not serviced and only had a day of towels for a two day stay. No outlets except one for the air conditioner, in the bathroom, and a power strip on the floor behind the bed used for two bed lamps. Had a coffee maker in the room but no outlet to plug into. Luckily I travel with a small extension cord so we were able to plug into strip on floor so phones could be charged. A very drab old smelly room. Bedding was terrible. Only one hook behind bath door so couldn’t hang more than one towel, etc. No additional mirror in room. Not very well thought out with customer needs in mind. Only one luggage holder, had to use old table chair to put second suitcase on. Most times you have two people/two suitcases in a room. Room rates too high for run down rooms. Website is very deceiving and is NOT what you get. Property outside and lobby looked nice but definitely overall the main building is in need of 100% rehab. Did not eat in restaurant so can’t comment. Rated a two because manager was nice. Bad experience and very disappointing overall.
