My oldest son has developed a true passion for Pokémon and this store is perfect for all ages, but incredible with kids. He wanted to trade a card and the process was super fair and informative. Could not recommend this business more.

I've been to a lot of card shows, conventions, and stores and I can honestly say this shop is one of the very best there is. Truly cares about the collector and community they are building.

I think "Bull" markets can really show you as a collector and consumer where you want to build the foundation of a local community, and Pokecharles is just that!

If you want to spend your money somewhere where they actually care about their community, despite leaving revenue on the table for themselves, this is the place for you!

Love the new location, this is a great store with a lot of Pokemon merch with good reasonable prices compared to prices online and at other local card shops, staff is welcoming and the lady behind the counter is always very nice. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to shop here.

I love PokeCharles. I genuinely feel like family here. They are so caring, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented.
Kimmy and Liam are so helpful. Every time I come in they greet me with a smile! Katie is such a nice knowledgeable person who has always been helpful when I need it.

went in today because we're pokemon fans and was heavily pleased by the selection! workers are really friendly and helpful and i got two free stickers! prices are good too and they have stuff that isn't pokemon as well! if i ever come back down here for vacation i'd definently visit again.

Drove from Pensacola area to their new location. First time visiting any of their stores. Disappointed in a pretty limited lack of inventory, both sealed and singles. And pretty high prices to boot. New location is right next to a store and shares a parking lot with a shop that sells weed paraphernalia and accessories. Not exactly family friendly. Not giving 1* because it wasn’t totally awful, but I don’t believe I’ll be back.
