used to be a good fun game. now they've gotten to where they don't care about their players. doesn't matter if your a free player or a paying player. The game hasn't even loaded in a month for many people and they are well aware due to the amount of complaints and support tickets. Most of these if not all have gone unanswered! My wife's account has been glitching a year and will only load half the game. She puts in a support ticket twice a week and it's only been answered twice. No solution!

Pocket Games Inc have left hundreds if not thousands of Android phone users for the Game War Dragons in a massive lurch due to updates locking Android users out.

30+ days and counting.

No updates, no fix, 0 Customer service support.

You need to fix the game so that Android users can continue to play again. We should all start filing complaints with the FTC, BBB and Consumer against them.

I wish I could give you ZERO stars. Why did you have to ruin Episode and force us to either wait for so long, or pay for a small amount of passes? Even worse, you make premium options extremely expensive. Years ago when I played this game for the first time, it was my favourite. Now, people are deleting your game because of your impulsive decisions. We were able to watch ads and reduce the waiting time, and honestly this game was the only game I liked watching ads for. Now thanks to you, it's just a trash game. We want old Episode BACK.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I used to be a customer. When a game is new, they give good customer service but once the game has been out for a while, they give bad to no customer service. They charge a lot to buy gems and coins and other things to play and sometimes you don't get what you purchased. When the game doesn't work properly they make it your fault and you cannot get a proper resolution. I will never play any of their games again and I suggest nobody else download their games. They will be sorry if they do.

You pay and buy packs in the game then during the events due their server errors you lose those items. They just don't register and You don't get points. They are just conning you take your money and give nothing in return. Customer service is nonexistent. They keep sending same stupid answers and I bet they don't read our messages even... A lot of big spenders stopped buying packs because of this reason and we are all protesting! For the players: do not spend and reward this con artist! For the investors: Just don't bother because if they don't fix their game in 6 months time all big spenders will find another game to play. Sick of being conned by this company!

MY DEBIT CARD GOT HACKED IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLAYING A GAME CALLED "EPISODES". THANKFULLY I CHECK MY ACCOUNT ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS. THERE WERE 3 SEPARATE CHARGES FROM DOORDASH WITH RANDOM LOCATIONS IN SAN FRANCISCO. I LIVE ON THE EAST COAST. BUYER BEWARE OF ANY SUDDEN RANDOM CHARGES COMING UP ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
I ALREADY LEFT A REVIEW (BASED OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO) AND WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. IRONIC? I THINK NOT!
ALREADY TAKING LEGAL ACTION!

Wish I could give you a zero for the horrible customer support, lack of desire to please your player base which are the people that give you the ability to sign those paychecks and pay those monthly bills.

Never have I seen a company with such disregard for taking care of the customers, because in the non digital world those companies go bankrupt; or get sued. You hide behind a gray area of the law that is still in the process of being written as we speak. I long to see the day where app developers are forced to answer financially when they steal money from the people who use their apps, by not providing support, not providing properly functioning apps, and yet still find every which way to encourage more and more spending.
