We went here after going to GameStop expecting the prices to be better. They offered less trade in value and had higher prices on their used games, usually about 2-5$ more than GameStop charges, which is ridiculous to begin with. They offered me 50$ trade in value for my perfect condition 3ds. Hell even GameStop offered me 70$. I would suggest avoiding it, it's overstaffed and accordingly overpriced. There were four employees on a Tuesday night at 8pm, place was dead. It's a shame GameStop's only competitor is even worse.

I don't understand what these people are talking about. the retro games are not haphazardly tossed into a bin. The games are set up nicely among thr racks. They take care of their customers and they will workout on trading. I find these guys really do know a lot about retro and next gen games. They are cheapier than gamestop and they give extra dollar(s) amount on games.

The Customer Service is friendly when I go there and I keep going back there for new deals on retro games. The people that posted the reviews earlier than me really don't know what they are talking about. The store is well maintained, customer service is a plus, and the deals are great.

The beauty of this shop is that I can play games before I want to buy them so I can have a good idea what kind of game I would like to get.

This store is one of a kind it's close by and I don't have to worry about getting ripped off like I would at gamestop.

They are unwilling to do favors for their customers. I spent a hefty amount of money getting a product fixed because they said thought it would be worth doing so... however three months later (past their warranty time) , the product failed, having the exact same behavior as before. Now they tell me a different story saying it's not worth fixing.. I wish they told me this before hand.
