I really enjoyed coming to this place because of the good sales and the staff is usually very good with customer service. However I had called and placed a phone order because their website isn't working. I spoke to a gentleman who took my phone order, but neglected to tell me that the sale is only valid for that day when I told him that i was going to pickup the next day. So when I called before picking up my order, Olivia picked up the phone and seemed like she didn't want to help. I asked about the discount and if it could still be applied and she said no its only for that day and it says it online before you place the order and that was it Lol the order was placed over the phone to begin with. They obviously didn't want to be bothered. I have been in the cannabis industry for several years and customer service for about 10 and managed a dispensary myself . I know you can have a manager overwrite these things to make a patient happy especially when I was a loyal customer. Really disappointing...
