This is a SCAM operator - they are on several online booking sites, for about $40, you book then when you show up they claim "We ain't on no websites, and don't know why we are". Then they say it's $75 cash or $79 credit if you want a room and you have to deal with the booking sites to get a refund.
I waited 45 minutes for the 'manager' to show (calls to numbers listed went unanswered) He was slovenly couldn't figure out the credit card machine, rude saying " don't get smart wit me!" when I pointed out those websites would not have listed their property without their doing so.
At the time I had no choice but to take a room. Booking site said they would give me a refund as they couldn't get them to pick up the phone.
No ID required, room was awful with exposed electrical cords TVs disconnected which was probably good as hotel filled with rowdy kids smoking dope. Definitely a criminal outfit.

Upon checking in, the pri e was double what was advertised, it went from 40 a night to 80 a night. Secondly, when I got to my room, the door was partially opened with no signs of maintaining or housekeeping in sight. The bed looked like someone had just got off of it, the toilet seat was broken and lastly, while I was sitting at the desk working from my laptop, a little roach comes crawling across the table. I only endured this stay because I didn't feel like driving further.

Would not stay again even if it was $25 a night.

Update: after being here 4 hours now, there have been three more roaches, apparently they perform gymnastics in the room next to me while also running a daycare? Idk... no batteries in the TV remote and I had to put a towel at the entry door to block the gap to the outside. Oh yeah, no wifi in the room either...

You guessed it still a scam. They do not accept online booking apparently and you have to pay cash, double the price. I did not stay there and neither should you. I wasn't able to get a refund so the hotel still got paid.

I waited 40 minutes and called repeatedly in the filthy lobby until someone showed up. I booked the room through Priceline, but I was told that they are no longer affiliated with them and that I should ask for a refund. While I was on the phone trying to get a refund, the owner told me he was going to go take a shower and be right back. I waited another 30 minutes and called the number he said was his several times. I left and do not regret it. I feared that if the rooms were anything like the disgusting lobby, it would not have been worth waiting two whole hours to get. After reading all the reviews here, I was right to leave. I got scammed but also dodged a bullet as some stories here are worse than mine. The funniest part is that the owner called Pricleline sketchy.

Booked on Priceline then get here to find out you can only book here they do not accept reservations from booking sites, the price here went up $20, then he walked into other occupied rooms trying to find us a room, then once he found us a room he told us no key because their key machines don’t work, no tv service, none of the amenities listed online actually here other than the pool… it felt like we was on a prank show it was all a joke. The best part was convenient location but never again will I come back here.

Booked this hotel through Priceline for $55, which I thought was a good deal for a very basic hotel when there are no other hotels in this town. When I arrived, first of all, I had to call to be able to access reception. Then they refused to honor my booking, saying they don't take online bookings and "they need to take that down." This hotel is on all the websites - Priceline, Hotels.com, Booking, OYO, etc. |They charged me $80 and I had to spend almost an hour on the phone to get Priceline to refund what I had paid them. They would not cover the difference or even a partial amount. |This hotel is still available on all of these websites despite me reporting it to Priceline twice and OYO. |The hotel itself was very low quality with people hanging around outside day and night. There were roaches in the room. There was no chair, although they did provide one for me when I asked. 2 staff members let themselves into my room at one point saying they thought it was empty. |I am unable to leave a review on Priceline as the booking was canceled so the review option is not there, but there are numerous negative reviews and a lot of them have had the same experience as me with booking online and then being overcharged on arrival - these are going back to Sep 2022. I have escalated this to Priceline so I hope that they will eventually remove the hotel and at least in the meantime people may check reviews before booking and decide to go elsewhere as I would have done if I had checked myself.

I reserved and paid in full through Priceline for a 3 night stay. Once there at the front desk the woman said they did not honor the reservations through Priceline and they could not give me refund. The woman then ran out the front desk and walked out. I had watch her from the window in case Priceline needed to speak to her if she didn't answer her room phone (the employees live there full time)...
She also said "I don't know why Priceline has us listed on their website and I don't know how to take it off" was her excuse instead of thinking I should let the owner of the hotel know so the owner can call Priceline about their property/business.
Either way, Priceline did give me refund on my 3 nights but as we were leaving a homeless person, a man in a black muscle shirt came to flag our attention at our vechile rushing towards our window so we had to step on the gas asap!
Overall, do not book online with them, seems like a scam to me!

If you book your room online for less than $80 he will not honor it. Rodney will tell you he can't afford to let his rooms go for less than $80. When I stayed I was in a bad place. I had just left my husband and had no where to go or a vehicle and he didn't care one bit that I'm on a fixed income and my son and I needed a safe place to stay. I borrowed money from my mom just to be able to stay 2 nights. If he's not going to honor the online prices, he needs to stop the scamming. He let's them offer low prices and when they check in they are made to pay more money or they aren't staying.
