I went to Pineapple for a relatively small job -- a single-page javascript applet that is downloaded from a web page and run in a browser. Despite the small size of the job, they responded to me in a day, had a price and time estimate for me the following day, and got the work done on spec, on time, and on budget with minimal dev/QA cycles. Their pricing was extremely reasonable, and their personnel very accessible. I recommend them unreservedly.
