So far I have had all phone calls answered promptly and politely. I got swift, sweet service. I am surprised that 5 year reviews are still at the top of reviews…I am positive those do not pertain to today’s service! I am going on Monday so I will update you all then!
Update: I am way down on the list, but I have not experienced problems with any facet of this Agency.

They are pretty much professional over the phone but they suk on overall "Professionalism" They are very unorganized my caseworker sent me an envelope addressed to me with another's person's annual application all of her personal information, including address, income, land ok it's , rent status lease & all ! It was supposed to b my information...So I wonder Where is MY Information I spoke to the supervisor on Monday called back on Wednesday here it is Thursday & I still haven't heard Anything from Anyone... confidentiality out the door ..smmh

Arrived here Monday at exactly 8:01 and they still had the door locked. Left to go handle some more business, came back about 10 minutes later and the door was STILL locked. I rode around to make sure I had went to the right building and door and it appeared to be the only way in for me. I called to see where I could enter, and no receptionist answered the phone. It's sad, because this city already has absolutely nothing going on that's really great. This is why I don't seek out government assistance. They make you feel like a nuisance, especially when you really need it, but treat the ones that's been abusing the system like they're the cream of the crop.

I will never recommend anyone to go here, my personal case worker was rude every time I called, as if I was a bother to her. I reported a leak in the roof that THEIR MAINTENANCE TEAM is responsible for, and it wasn't taken care of until a year later I refused to pay rent after that based on how long I waited for someone to care enough to fix the many leaks I had, but I was not compensated. Things like this give Pine Bluff a bad name. 0 stars

Someone that's been on the waiting list for 3 yrs. ANOTHER housing authority office that refuses to pick up the phone for anyone or return phone calls. Or dont want to do what they get paid to do. ANOTHER housing authority that has fences around it? That probably makes people feel like they're trapped. And a gate! Jesus Christ, that's pathetic!!! And l thought hope housing authority was bad. LMAO

The housing specialist worker does not return call or reply back. Poor services or communication and I wondered how long do they do back ground check on a section 8 participants. Is almost 4 weeks and I have not hear anything back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I have been on the waiting lists for almost two to three years now and still nothing! Not to mention the office employees NEVER return calls!

Horrible customer service. Won't return phone calls, won't ANSWER THE PHONE. Don't follow up on clients' busniess. Lose paperwork that has been turned in. Just horrible.
