Might have been an off night or simply understaffed... but the worst service I have ever received in my life.

Apps were solid, drinks were good. Cold shrimp, calamari, grouper bites. All delicious!

Entrees were okay. Grouper was super fishy, shrimp dish was incorrect. It was served cold vs hot.... well they just recooked it to hot, so then it was rubbery.

Not sure we will return to this location.

Normally pinchers is very consistent but sadly tonight was ridiculously slow. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait and we would get a text. 30+ minutes later we decided to walk back and see if a table was available yet and surprisingly they were able to seat us. We were served drinks and appetizers relatively quick and then we were forgotten about. We waited about an hour for our entrees and when we finally complained about the wait they brought them out immediately…. So they did just forget about us. The food was good but at this point you can tell it was probably just sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I hate to leave low reviews but I would hope for certain standards at a place like pinchers.

I was served spoiled blue crab. I was sick the rest of the day. Manager gave me a card for a free drink and the waitress took it off the bill but I had never had blue crab, and knowing what I know now, I'm not sure how nobody caught that it was bad before it hit my plate.

We had the most delicious dinner this evening at Pinchers Restaurant
Our waiter Mike was superb and everything we ordered was outstanding. The manager was very accommodating to us as well. I would definitely give this restaurant five stars and hope to return next time we travel to Marco Island.

Pinchers was a great surprise to us. Right across from the Marriott we were at it was not one of our restaurants we were tracking to try but glad we did. Our server Tonya was hustling all night! She provided great friendly service, recommendations, and drinks!

We had the shrimp scampi and hog snapper special. Both were excellent. We couldn't refuse a massive piece of carrot cake to take home for desert / the next day.

Highly recommend a visit here. The decorations and restaurant also have a lot of character and cool signage / pictures / hung water animals.

Decent experience. Good catering to allergens and diets, our waitress was lovely. Food was okay, specially liked the garlic mashed potatoes as a side. The shift manager seemed cold, although we didn’t see them much.

Great food and drinks! Went back twice! The crab dip is so good, and I can't beat the $9 for 2 big sangria's! Highly recommend! And get a free little bucket to take home! Blue crab clusters were really good too!
