The manager Dee, was so so kind and helpful to us. We drive semi, paid for reserve, couldnt find an empty spot...so we showered, and when we came out, they coned off a spot for us, after making someone who didnt pay for reserve move ❤️ so they do enforce the reserved policies. We did laundry, There are 2 washers and 2 dryers. The showers were clean, a little small, but the energy and kindness from the staff superceded that. We will definitely stay here again next time we come through FL ❤️❤️❤️

Holley and Dominique are the best. We rolled in late last night and we're told a very incorrect amount for team showers.

Next morning Holley and Dominique made it right and we're super helpful and pleasant - nothing like the lady the night before.

Let me start with 22 bucks to reserve parking and u pretty much don’t have a choice because the free parking is taken up by drop trailers… bob tails… broke down trucks… and furniture trucks… and it’s even bad that when there is a reserved spot that has a truck sitting in it so long that the receipt is faded out… at 22 bucks that’s $15400.00 a month out of drivers pockets a month… the parking lot is trashy… the guy only cleans up what u can see from a distance… there’s trash cans piled up at the end of parking down there and u can tell nobody goes down there…. Inside the floor needs to be mopped and drink area not real clean… Parking is hard to find as it is… and they need to get a tow truck out there and haul all that junk off so the paying customers will have parking

Tiffany, Tara, and Paul were very helpful. They were quite hospitable in seeing that a reserved parking spot was made available and then making a shower available. All of them were professional, courteous, friendly, and provided excellent customer service.

People complain about parking but let’s face it, you’d never find parking at a place like this if you couldn’t pay.

They also enforce paid parking against the moochers so if you show up after paying and everything is full they WILL get them out because they did so for me. I have nothing but good to say, great place to stay if delivering to Walmart in winter haven..

Great guys working here. Without going into details my truck broke down and they were very kind to let me sit at a no parking spot for two days without kicking me out. I really appreciate their understanding. Didn’t catch their names except for Frank. Thank you so much.
