It was easy to get to, and it was a drop n hook at this location. The drop yard is pretty small and can become even tighter depending on how trailers are dropped. I saw some parking for those waiting to get live loaded and unloaded. Lady was outside waiting to give me paperwork for my loaded trailer 🇭🇳👍🏽😎👍🏽🇭🇳

I gave one extra star for the redneck security guard and the female overnight guard.

Typical trash place that doesn't care about truck drivers or common courtesy. Had a live load scheduled for 5:00 p.m. no communication on how long is it going to be.

The yard dog said they were computer issues and then someone else said they should have got stuck in the production line. Some of those things are under your control but you can at least tell your driver when you get here. Hey, it's going to be a while.

I asked multiple times for approx eta's never got one.

You guys don't care about our safety because you can't even give us an ETA where we can try to sleep around your slow schedule.

And then when the supervisor finally calls me. He tells me he can't load me while I'm hooked to the trailer.

Well guess what genius I've never been here before and nobody told me that.

No communication. Nobody tells you where to get your paperwork. I had to ask another driver.

And then because my reefer wasn't down enough in temperature they made me wait at the guard shack.

I will let their corporate office know but nobody probably cares anyway.

Got a call from pilgrims saying load ready like 10 hours early got on site 1 hour in dirt lot...1 hour load time.. gave loader a hard time about I needed a 2 hour load time for a extra nap time. Overall please even out dirt lot otherwise one of the few top notch facilities. Also porta potty side is chilled...might need to mark that for new drivers..

8 HRs in a door for 8 pallets. Delivery time was already tight and now I’m late to my drop 1300 miles away. Didn’t care for anyone I dealt with, they should take notes from their Moorefield, WV plant, complete opposite experience.
