Ive been a long time customer at Phone Shack for 10 years at the least. One of the most notable and differentiating aspects of this business is the lack of turnover. Which by the way guys is a great thing !! you always know who you're gonna see they remember you by name if not by face . That may be one of the only perks to living in a small town! But the most important reason this should be your go to with all things tech is easy, all I'll say is if you admire honesty , knowledgeable staff and ALL THE facts.....this is where you want to be!!

I brought my iPhone to them as one of the lenses was broken and the back had shattered. When I picked it up, we noticed that the lenses weren’t working correctly and the flashlight was broken. Without hesitation I was told they were ordering the parts and there would be no additional charge. Later that evening I noticed one corner of the phone wasn’t even and my phone case wouldn’t fit on correctly. I then dropped my phone less than a foot and the back shattered again. They called and told me the parts were in. When I went back to get the camera repaired I showed him the back and explained what happened and showed him how the back wasn’t on correctly. He made everything right with no extra charge. I am now able to use my camera like new and my phone case fits! Thank you for fixing my phone!

3 hours on the phone with Samsung....I said thank you and hung up....Was recommended by my neighbor to go to "Phone Shack". Called and a real person answer said cone on by and yes you can wait on your phone. Went there expand to Moe what issues I was having..when I was done explaining he handed me the phonebacand all done..He showed me and it worked...20💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥👍🏻
