I purchased a Titleist TSR1 driver 7 days ago from this store and after a trip to the driving range decided that I didn't gain anything from it. I attempted to return it and was informed by the store manager that they will not refund any of my money because it has been "used". I have never had such poor customer service in my years of golf shopping!
Their receipt says they " ...gladly return or exchange any purchase, with receipt, that is in new condition, for up to 30 days from original purchase date." I recommend that anyone who considers doing business with this company look elsewhere! This is a lousy business practice!!!!!

Tried out and bought Ping 440 driver and fairway woods. Shafts are 50 gram vs 60 gram i was hitting. Barry was super patient and knowledgeable. Helped me choose just the right clubs for me. Great shopping experience

Went in to look at buying a new set of irons. Called ahead to make sure I could work with someone. When I arrived a gentlemen told me that the bays were for only hitting a few balls and not to test out several clubs. If I wanted to do that I would have to pay for a session. Then asked me if I had my 7 iron. I did not. Told me I had to bring my 7 iron. Really had a way of talking down. Guess I’m not buying clubs from there. Shame because I bought a driver there with the same process 8 months earlier and had no problems. Guess I drew the wrong employee this time.

Bought my wife over $2200 of Ping Clubs including a driver and woods. Realized I did not get a wrench. Called the PGA suck it store and they said: No Ping no longer allows us to provide a wrench even though I purchased over $2000 in clubs!

I called Ping corporate c/s and they said that is incorrect and they would be sending me a wrench in the mail as they provide a wrench for each club they ship.

PGA stupid store said on the phone they would "sell" me one and they are around $11 each and good news; they have them in stock.

I was told yesterday while at the store they sold 6 sets of Ping ladies clubs that day so good luck to all of us "losers" who spent our $1000's of dollars there yesterday.

Oh, by the way- if your wife is anywhere over 110#'s or 10 years old, don't go there looking for women's tops as their clothes besides being about $100 each, max out at extra small and go down from there. Their display mannequins are an insult and I really don't think there is one lady on the PGA tour who could fit in any of them including Lydia Ko.

I'm a new golfer, only 3 months into learning. I've been working with a PGA swing coach weekly and decided to take my golfing more seriously by getting fitted clubs. When I went to the PGA Superstore, I met an associate named Adam who happened to be the area manager. I explained my situation to him, but he suggested that I buy clubs off eBay and get better before coming in for a fitting. This was disappointing, as it felt like they only cater to experienced golfers. It seemed like Adam wanted to end our conversation quickly, and that didn't sit well with me. We all have to start somewhere and gain experience, and I'm sure he was once in my position as well. As a result, I won't be shopping there again. However, I had a great experience at Golf Tec, where they went out of their way to do an outstanding job with club fitting and working with me.

The pre owned clubs literally cost the same or more than the brand new clearance clubs. Make it make sense. The prices on their own website are a lot cheaper than in store too.

I recently visited the store to pick out a new set of golf clubs, and I was fortunate to have Barry assist me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. As someone who’s getting back into playing, I really appreciated his advice and patience. Great experience overall!
