Had a really great experience today. I needed to find a product for my dog and a male associate helped me without me asking. He looked, checked the back, and even ask I assume his manager for help. Then the lady ordered it for me. I wish I got their names for recognition, but I was very pleased with their help. I was there around 11:30-12pm

The team member who helped me out first looked like he hated his job. And we over heard him talking to the manager about how much fun all these tasks were; referring to helping us out in our purchase/adoption process (being sarcastic). He then did not know how to treat the guinea pig properly as he pushed him into the box with the plastic house instead of grabbing him with his hands so that he wouldn’t hurt him. Lastly, he didn’t even give us time to look at our guinea pig and when I got to the car to pick him up off the box we realized the guinea pig was sick and one of his eyes was completely shut closed.

Hello, I went to Petco to buy things for my rabbit. When it was time to pay, I asked for my receipt because they weren't even going to give it to me. When I got home, I noticed that they had put a two-dollar donation on it, which I was never asked if I wanted to make a donation. I don't think that's right. Why do they do this to customers? Be careful, ask for your receipt and check it. I will never come back here. That seemed abusive to me towards the customer.

My dog had an ear irritation. It was itchy for him, the young lady there helped me. She said how to clean the ear out and showed me 3 products to help my dog. He has been doing great ever since. Even better than the day we rescued him. We thought he could not hear. Boy were we wrong. He is so happy and playful now. We use one for bathing, one for a rinse and the other for itching and soothing.

Lines are always long, they need more people at the register that know what they’re doing. They’re slow and need more training. Even on the floor, there’s no one around to ask questions and when you do find someone they have to ask someone else!!! They seem like they’re always on break.

This petco always has a great variety. The team is always friendly and ready to help. The cashiers don't rush you even if your price matching in that moment while checking out. They always compliment our pitbull maximus decimus meridius, and he is always happy to see them. The vetco clinic comes here and makes it easy to get our dog checked out and get what he needs. There's tons of parking since it's in a shopping center.
