I lived here years ago and it was nice, so I moved back here when I needed a nice place for my Mom and I to live. It was still fairly nice for such and old park. Then, the original owner sold it. The rent has gone up at least 3 times, flooding in the park is bad when it rains, dumpsters are not kept clean, feral cats are all over the place, even going onto some of the homes, ridiculous rules, risk of being towed if you have visitors and you haven't informed the towing company or manager, no manager on site, a resident reports what he seems are violations and reports them to the manager who also works at a park on Almeda that seems to be owned by the same people. My goal is to hopefully to move from here within the year, if things do not improve.

I have lived here almost 10 yrs...never witnessed any racism...property Mgr does well taking care of every thing, some things have to be proritized over others,there's always room for improvement but that is anywhere..neighbors that have yards like this REALLY have room for Improvement...

Don't believe the fabricated reviews!!

Been here 4 years and rent has risen from $400 to $585 a single wide! Just imagine paying a double wide! Lee Brumfield is horrible at letting people know that water is being turned off. First picture is him parking in my driveway while I'm at work WITHOUT NOTICE. They stopped allowing 5th wheel trailers yet there's one parked next to my house! Which is hypocritical and should be charged for even being allowed here.

By law, they're not supposed to leave notes on people's doors yet here they are doing this in the 2nd photo. Then they think its a good idea to leave notes on cars like that's any better in the 4th photo.

Why would anyone want to live here if management is horrible at giving much-needed notice or hypocritical!?

We have been here almost three years and so far it has been a nice place to live. Our neighbors are friendly and people here seem to really try to be a community and look out for each other. Property management is always trying to make improvements and stay on top of needed repairs. I have been kind of a nomad so I have lived in a lot of different areas and rented for most of that. This place has been one of the best places we have lived. It could use a dog or kids park, but aside from that, we like it.

Big difference after moving here from Houston, and all for the best. Close to town, but not too close. Feels more like country living, but with neighbors 😊 management and maintenance is always looking for ways to update the park. Also very friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns you have. Also it's well patrolled by Brazoria county sheriffs, which gives us all peace of mind 👏💯 This has truly became our little community and not just a " Trailer park". Keep up the good work 🙂

They are trying to make this Mobile Home Park more Family friendly. It's time. Get it cleaned up and watch kids play again. I know a few people that live here and want to enjoy it. Fixed up their yards and decorates on Holidays. Really making it feel like home. Has little corner store right there for the neighborhood. For convenience.

Update:It has been two years now since we have lived here. We now have a beautiful double wide here and so much work has been done to the park. Management is now upfront and able to watch the park more securely. I have also seen night security and that is a new thing they have here which is great since what is happening in today’s world. So now we move to year 3. My home and vehicles have all been safe here never had a issue with any car thieves. A lot of homes have security cameras as well as ours so it’s pretty secure here.

We moved here almost a year ago, Lee (management) is a great guy and really puts in alot of hard work into making this park as it should be. Everytime I have ever had a problem Lee has always addressed it immediately and fixed it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a lot to move onto.

Nice but not great place to live at. Not a lot of area around mobile home lot. Neighbors can be a bit lousy. Owners should consider having a dog park here, I see many neighbors with dogs but no place to let them freely play without getting into trouble.
