They take away amenities and raise the lot rent really often. Most in this location are elderly and on a fixed income. Seems like they are trying to get the elderly out.

I work 10-12 hour days 5 days a week most of the time though i get called in on my off days so i may work 11 days before i get an off day. That being said, i came home to an eviction notice on my door because i did not have my back porch repainted in the time that, Charles, the guy in charge, wanted it done by. So here i am at 930 pm scrapping, sanding, and painting my back porch instead of resting for tomorrows work day. I work alot and am barely home long enough to get a decents night rest before work the next day. Its not like i dont work and am always home with nothing to do, i would understand if that were the case. Sometimes i feel like im being singled out and that there is a double standard here. I generally dont talk to anyone much because i have severe social anxiety due to 2 tours in Iraq so i dont go out of my way to talk to anyone. I dont cause any problems and generally stay to myself. But if you dont do what he says then you will catch hell for it. Ive lived here for 3 years and never had any problems with management until he took over. They are always up in your bussiness here. My neighbor behind me has 3 or 4 small dogs that are constantly barking, especially when i am out back trying to paint. Charles was over here one day and we were both standing out back talking about my back porch and the dogs never stopped barking, he asked me if they always did that and i told him yes and he said he would put a stop to it and apparently he never did because they still continuously bark. I must say though that this is a great neighborhood for anyone with kids and/or family. I feel that my daughter is very safe here if i turn my back for a minute. There are two pretty nice parks here, a basketball court, and a pool. Sometimes they have activities at the club house. There are several other bigger parks just minutes away. Several restaurants and shopping right down the road, the schools around here, from what i understand, are pretty good. This aint your typical manufactured home community. As far as i can tell, drugs arent a problem, and there isnt a problem with people breaking into your house or car. And for the most part all the neighbors are friendly. So as far as the neighborhood and community, this is a great, safe and secure, place to raise a family/kids. But you better do what he says or else.... and they set whatever they want to charge for water each month and after the triple homicide there like 5 or 6 years ago, I feel that it has not as safe a place as originally thought. It's ran by uptight people who, if you have an issue with, dictate whether or not you get singled out made to move ultimately by bending the guidelines or making you sick of the dumb unnecessary violations, water gouging, and act like the Greystone of trailer parks, there are several weirdos I encountered living there, from men propositioning me for lude acts, I'm a man, from weirdo stalkers, and meth head management. You would be better off buying land to put mobile home on. Unless you like to be told what you can and can't do in and around your house

This is an amazing little community! Mostly..
[or all, not positive..] very quaint and cozy different styles & sizes of trailers! It is a nice trailer park community; with a population of more seniors than family & young children; keeping it in a great place for seniors and a quiet life!
Perks!: Community Pool! Community area! Mail boxes all together!

Truly loved the way Office Manager has open door to come in. Always helpful, very kind with concern! Peachtree Crossing is a very quiet community with beautiful shade trees on many lots.

New management doesn't return calls or emails. They keep raising pricing and adding extra charges (that per the lease are a no charge item). All lots cost the same now, no matter the size.

Per your reply to my review: you can improve by calling me back when you say you will. I've already contacted you 2 weeks ago and again today, but no response back.

Update 6/5/23: rent has increased exponentially under new management with no improvements.

They have a great clubhouse and a pool out back of it.I went Sunday to the clubhouse where they let someone who lives in the trailer park, have a memorial service for her husband who donated his body to science,he died from cancer. So she was able to use the big room with a refrigerator and sink to have the service. They have table and chairs and had more downstairs that worked out perfect for everyone, It was clean and also had aircondinshing so very much a great clubhouse where you can eat and drink inside. Also big enough for a big crowed of people .So very much and pleased with the clubhouse and the surrounding area for parking. Overall a great, place to go to and have a get together or party. You clean up after your self so you can use it again if you followed the rules of the clubhouse.
