Geek Squad who? I will never go back to a best buy for computer repair ever again. Jose from PC Mechanics will get you right for a very reasonable price. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix my PC. Very patient and welcoming from the jump, suggesting some upgrades that I don't know how I lived without. I highly suggest going to PC Mechanic Computer Repair for all your PC repair/building needs. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Stop searching for a computer repair shop. This is your place.

I saw 5 stars flat and was surprised, but after calling this shop, I realized exactly why.
This is one of those rare places that is genuinely trying to provide the best service experience possible, and are not just after your wallet.

This shop has your best interest in mind and I can tell they are passionate about helping people as effectively as possible.

I am an experienced builder of computers myself, so when I came to him with a very complicated problem, he didn't hesitate to jump right into the trouble shooting over the phone and then laid out what we could do as far as paid services go.

Everything was 100% reasonable and well communicated. Cannot overstate how much I appreciated seeing those qualities these days.
