The staff at this store surpass the high expectations that I have from Patagonia. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. You can try as many jackets and outfits as you want and ask 100 questions and they will answer without getting frustrated.

I couldn't get the name of the young lady at the counter on the ground floor. She is a gem! Went out of her way to accommodate my return request and helped find the perfect mitten for me. Special recognition for her!!

My love for Patagonia began in 2022, sparked by a school sustainability project. While I've shopped online before, today marked my first in-store experience. After today, I am sold forever! The customer service was simply outstanding. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect jacket for our son. The quality of every piece we have purchased is undeniable. If you're looking for well-made, durable clothing, Patagonia is the way to go!

We have been wearing Patagonia coats (thanks to my mother) for almost a decade now, and I have never been happier with a coats quality, the customer service both at the store and over the phone, and also the service they provide if something happens to your coat.

They always have a wide selection for kids, women and men and I love their trade-in value offers.

My first coat lasted me 7 years, and it would have been longer if a restaurant hadn't illegally mounted a heater in the corner without posting a warning causing my coat to light on fire. I just invested in a new coat and I am very happy with it.

Every two years the kids get a new coat from here as well and I love that I can trade-in their old coats.

Every time I visit the store, the associates are kind and helpful and always help us find the best coat for our needs and are always honest about sizing. Really appreciate the level of customer service here!

I've been here multiple times and always have a great experience with the store, the staff, and the products I've purchased. My most recent visit was to bring in an item for repair, and it was one of the absolute BEST customer service experiences I've ever had...period. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the wonderful person who helped me, but I'm thrilled with the support she provided. She obviously genuinely cares about the customer experience and asked empathetic questions to truly understand what solution would be best for my specific situation/needs. I'm now an even bigger Patagonia fan than I already was, and with service this excellent, I'll continue to be for the foreseeable future. Thanks again!
