Excellent service!! Kristi, the owner was wonderful! She was able to accommodate me and modified my order as needed. Her response time was very prompt, and she was very professional being in constant communication with me.
The day of the party, her husband came and set the tables up and the chairs exactly how I wanted them.
He was very kind and professional as well.
I also need to mention the durability of the tables and chairs exceeded my expectations. I will be renting from them again in December!
Oh, and I forgot to mention the price, and the convenience of the delivery And pick up was very helpful.

I called Party Star Rental Saturday afternoon needing tables and chairs last minute for the next day. They were super helpful and accommodating. Arranged to have them dropped of next day and they would pick them back up the following day! Great customer service. I would highly recommend and I will use them again for my party needs.

From the moment I spoke with Kristi, I KNEW I was going to be well cared for. With only a few days before the Thanksgiving holiday; I was certain that I would be turned away or hit with an out of this world cost to accommodate. To my surprise - I was only met with “We can do that”, “Will that work” and “That’s not a problem”. Everything was so smooth; order, quote, payment, delivery and pickup. Jose (delivery) was prompt, EXTREMELY kind, respectful of the property and courteous. The equipment was like new, clean, and easily functional. I will DEFINITELY return for all future events.
