I was scared to move here after previous bad experiences with other apartment complexes but they surprised me in a good way with fast maintenance service and peaceful atmosphere in general! I've never been more happier than here)

No fault of the ppl in the office because they seem straight forward on how they do things to help tenants.

Maintenance is the issue. They do the bare minimum to fix things. Tbh this is a large complex and many units are old. There seems to be just at least 7 ppl working in maintenance(from who I’ve seen) so they need more ppl to help. Outside of that my tub had not been fixed in 2 months. After telling them 4 times about this tub they refuse to fix it. Just would cover the mold on top with paint then leave without replacing the caulking on the tub. I’ve done what I could to keep things clean and respect those who try to keep things working around here but this is disgustingly unprofessional.

It's like a old Ship painted over and over but I love it there is plenty space between the buildings not like the newer apartment complexes with hardly no space between them. Maria the manager is great and helpful. I like the big lake and wide open area

Today is March 27 and I came back to update my review. I received a call from Jeremiah, the property manager. He explained to me everything about my lease and the fees I had to pay for breaking my lease, which I knew because I signed it; he also explained me that I over paid and that is why I have credit with them. Ivette overcharged me for over $800 on top of that when I tried to give the keys before April 1st they told me I should pay for dropping of the keys which I couldn’t believe that they wanted me to pay to give my keys early. All the maintenance people are way better and nicer than those who work at the office. I will post pictures of how I left the apartment, clean and organized, the same way I received it.
My lease is up on July 11, 2025. Today March 21, 2025 I went to the office to cancel my lease because I bought a house. They told me I have to pay $2680 for two months because “I’m breaking my lease “ on top of that I have to pay over $800 because I should give 30 days notice so total I have to pay $3,491.61 and leave the apartment on April 1st
They are thieves and if you don’t pay they sent you to a collection to finish to destroy your life.
Para mi gente latina no les recomiendo este lugar, te van a robar hasta el último centavo que tengas y los mas triste de todo es que los mismos latinos abusan de los que llegan aquí. No renten en este lugar porfavor, a nadie le importa nada

The complex itself is nice. I enjoy my apartment and my view. However Ivette in the leasing office can be very rude. First she accused me of having 2 cats when I don't and never apologized for her mistake. I renewed my lease in September and on November first they decided to start charging me for something call electric income. Ivette said it's for electricity in the common area in my building (I've talked to other residents and they are not being charged for this). I received no notice on this and it is not outlined in my lease. I've emailed Ivette twice and asked for documentation that shows I am responsible and those emails have been ignored. I have no issue with the charge if I am in fact responsible, but being ignored is very unprofessional.

I called the office to get some information. And a young lady picked up. I think her name was Diamond. Yes, Diamond. She was prompt and took her time and send me all the information I needed to make a decision about this property. I wish the apartment hunting was as smooth as it was speaking with Diamond. Some people don't care about potential clients. However, I felt at ease with her. Thank you Diamond I'll keep in touch when I make a decision. Thanks again ma'am.

First it was the roach infestation which cost me so much money trying to get rid of them. Now the sewage smell in my apartment and of other buildings is horrendous! Office said there is nothing they can do about it. I have a 3 year old and she has been getting sick over the last few months because of this. I will be reporting this to the housing authority.

Absolutely the Worst Living Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mom has been dealing with a horrifying roach infestation for over two months now, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done to solve it. They send an exterminator every two weeks, but the infestation remains just as bad. The roaches have taken over the kitchen to the point where my mom had to move all her kitchenware to the dining table, as it’s a health hazard to use anything left in that infested space.

To make things worse, the leasing office staff is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Today, my mom had a power outage after the breaker went off. She went to the leasing office to ask for help, as she doesn’t speak English. When I spoke to the leasing agent on her behalf, she flat-out refused to call maintenance, saying my mom had to do it herself. Even after explaining the language barrier and pleading with her to help, she brushed us off and handed over a contact number for maintenance, which my mom called repeatedly for over an hour—and no one answered.

My brother had to step in and speak to the agent in person, but again, she refused to take any action. By this time, my mom had been without power for two hours, and we were left completely stranded without help. It’s appalling how little they care about their residents, especially elderly individuals who don’t speak English.

This place is a nightmare, from the disgusting living conditions to the rude, uncaring staff. Do not move here unless you want to deal with endless frustration, negligence, and a complete lack of basic decency. My mom deserves so much better, and so do you. STAY AWAY!
