Enjoyed the guidance of the warm and friendly staff. Got a great deal on single cards and got some great gift dice for Dungeons and Dragons! Can’t wait to get back to this extremely welcoming environment!

The two positive things that I will say about this place is that 1. they have a variety of different products 2. They have tables that can be used to play card/board games.

I believe their regulars might have more positive things to say, but as someone who likes to go to different TCG/Comic stores this one doesn’t hold up well. I have been here on a handful of occasions and every time I see a variety of Pokemon products on the shelves but rarely does anything have a price sticker on it. You either have to look up the prices yourself or ask the cashier (who most of the time seems happy to tell you that they sell stuff way above MSRP or seems annoyed that you’re asking so many questions.) If you enjoy paying for overpriced product, ask about the price of everything, and mostly get ignored by staff. This is the card shop for you!

The store has a QR code to check their inventory and prices. Found a pokemon card that I didn't see in the case and asked if they had it. Was told they did and that it was in the cards behind the register. Condition was listed as HP. I then asked to see the card, as I was going to buy it. Employee then told me that I couldn't see the card and that all listed conditions followed TCG. I said I wanted to see it before buying, and was told that was against policy. I could buy it but wasn't allowed to see what I was buying. What kind of store does that? Especially since the online inventory they have is just a stock image of the cards, not photos of the actual card you are getting. So this place expects you to buy blind and trust that they have condition correct. I've never seen anything so stupid in my life. Who buys cards for a collection without being able to see what you are buying? Along with this, both staff members were incrediblyy rude and acted like I was inconvenienceing them by asking to see a card. Will never go back here. Would recommend any serious collector stay away from this place, much better stores in the area. Including gaming giant right across the street.

Terrible experience. I typed in “used video games” and Google maps recommended this place, I looked at the Google Map photos of the store and saw images of video games, so we headed over from DC. Got there, looked around and didn’t see any video games so I politely asked the short haired girl if they stopped selling video games. She very rudely said “NO, we haven’t sold video games here in over four years”. She they turned away and I kindly said “ Oh I’m sorry, Google maps directed me here and I also saw the photos posted.” She then says (in the most rude tone imaginable) “Well I don’t know why Google Maps would send you here, we don’t sell video games.” Again she walked away. Thanks a lot. Definitely telling everyone I know to stay clear of this establishment.

Staff needs to learn what customer service is. Short haired girl wearing a mask was up front. I asked one simple question and got a rude response like we were wasting her time being there. Felt completely unwelcome. Judging by the other reviews left this staff member has been repeatedly mentioned and complained about. Yet she is still there. Very unfortunate. Will never go back, will never recommend to anyone.

I go into the store and ask if they fix gameboy color game batteries because I’m new to the area and the store name is “Games and comics,” and I assumed they had and fixed video games. The lady at the front desk was very rude and said “this is not a video game store, did you look around at all?”(She turns around and is motioning her hands while she says this) I had only walked in the store and went to the front desk to ask a question, that’s all. She was very disrespectful. Maybe she was having a bad day idk? But the customer service was awful.

This is the Best place to buy Magic the Gathering Cards in Fairfax! They always have what im looking for and their Employees all give Outstanding service! I end up leaving with a lot more than I originally planned for, every time 🤣 They stay stocked on the Lord of the Rings MTG expanded Universe and even some War Hammer MTG! I put some of the items I bought in the photos!

I highly recommend, anyone who is into comics and games, especially MTG, to pay Pair 'O Dice a visit sometime soon!! They even have games going on and special theme based events weekly! See you all there😉

Nice staff and neat store but prices seemed a little high.
