Great selection of vehicles to choose from. Friendly staff. You do have to pay a deposit but it was credited back to my account immediately upon return. The slingshot was super fun to drive around !

We absolutely loved our experience with outlaw rentals. Shawn was very helpful and explained all of the rules and went over everything my husband needed to know. Even offered to exchange our golf cart if we decided we needed something bigger at any point of our stay. Contrary to some of the reviews we’ve read, we followed the rules and got our deposit back. We will definitely use outlaw rentals again.

Do not rent from this company!!!!!!!!!!!! We had a scheduled rental from this company for the dates of 4/11-4/14. Things were going great and then at 6:45PM on 4/13 this company decided to STEAL the golf cart back from us due to it being abandoned which is a lie because we were using the golf cart up until the theft. We had called the police and filed a report to file the vehicle as stolen where the police had informed us that THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!! They rent out their vehicles and steal them back before they’re due to be returned. The rental company didn’t even bother to call the number on file, knock on the door or ANYTHING to even ask us if everything was okay. The next day the “manager” at one of these locations finally gave us a call back after calling all day, and decided to scream like a little boy over the phone trying to argue with us that they didn’t do anything wrong.

Very unprofessional. I’m not leaving a review, I’m explaining our experience. We rented this golf cart on 4/12 at 1:30pm and were due to return it on Sunday 4/14 by 4pm. April 13th, we used the golf cart twice, parked it in the designated parking area of the Airbnb that we were staying in, at 4:30pm. At 6:30pm, “someone reported it abandoned”. We noticed it was missing at 7pm. At the time, we did not know it was reported because we were not notified. We thought it was stolen. We panicked, we searched the neighborhood. We called the police, had a sheriff come out and file a police report. We then contacted the landlord and had them pull the footage. Turns out, Outlaw Rentals had came and picked up the golf cart at 6:30pm. They closed at 7. They did not check the records to see if this particular golf cart was at the location it was registered for. They also did not call us to tell us they were coming to get the golf cart. It was not abandoned. It was legally parked, in a parking spot, at the address that was registered. As they replied in the review below, they did return it. I called at 9am, spoke to a nice girl. She said she’d have to look into it and call me back. Understandable. So we waited, never heard back after an hour. So we called again and were told she’d have to escalate the situation to the manager, and they would call us back. I expressed to her that we were getting frustrated after not hearing back, and she advised that the managers were in a meeting. So we waited another hour, called back again. They were still in the meeting. Never heard back, then we get a knock at the door. It was the person who towed the cart the night prior, and they said they took it because “the GPS shown it hadn’t moved in awhile” which was not true because we just used it at 4:30, about 2 hours before it was “reported abandoned.” So we called outlaw again, and advised if something wasn’t done, we would have to get a lawyer involved. Then I spoke with a gentleman who said he was their general manager. He said that someone reported it abandoned so they picked it up “so they didn’t charge us a $150 tow fee”. I told him again that it was not abandoned, it was on our property and shouldn’t have been taken back. I asked for a refund and he said they do not do refunds. I understand if that’s normally their policy, but in this situation, we paid for 3 days and they took it back 26 hours after we initially rented it on 4/12. He then said we can dispute this in court. So now I had to call my bank to dispute the claim, since Outlaws is now refusing to accommodate us for the time we did not have the golf cart. As I’m on the phone with the bank I get a call back from the same number. I answered “hello?” And the female OWNER yells “YEAH WHO IS THIS?!?” And I said “Stephanie, who is this?” And she goes “THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY YOURE LEAVING ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS FOR!” Keep in mind, I’ve been on the phone all morning with the police (again), my bank, and Outlaw Rentals. She was very mean and unprofessional. First off, as a business owner that is not how you address an issue. Maybe start off with “Hi, my name is ______, I am the owner of outlaw rentals, I understand there was a mishap and I would like to know how we can resolve this issue”. Not, “WHO IS THIS!!?” When I told her that we were very frustrated with the situation after being told we can take them to court, she claimed we were cussing at her staff and threatening to call an attorney. We did not cuss, I told her to pull the call and she claims she couldn’t do that, and when I have my own company with 8 locations and 40 employees, then I can tell her how to run a business. She said “we gave it back to you and gave you another day.” which that was the first time we were told that they extended our reservation. We didn’t ask for another day? We asked to be accommodated for the day we did not have it, since they took it back without notifying us. They refused. We leave tomorrow. When I said the company had awful customer service, she replied “you’re awful”.

This place has great golf carts with plenty of choices ! DENNY has been exceptional!!! His service is phenomenal he is great he got us a great cart and even helped out other members of the family get one too!! I am impressed with this place and mostly Denny's service he filled us in on things to do around panama city as well super friendly highly recommend!! We will definitely come back here and I will be recommending anyone who wants a great cart and friendly service !

They are not good people, they lie and steal the carts back before time is up. Even sheriff departments said this has happened many times. Really sad and then act like you’re the bad guy. Customer service is horrible and so is the management. They will ruin your vacation rather than make it better. I would highly recommend going else where

Could not have picked a better place! Denny was amazing! Our radio stoped working randomly and you could tell we didn’t do anything to mess it up and he switched us out in a different one with no issues at all! And also gave us our security deposit back which is uncommon for most place where I’m from! Definitely will come rent from here again!
