As a new and small business, figuring out online marketing has been a trial. After dealing with numerous let downs over two years, Out of the Blue came in (as their name sake would imply) and set us on the right track. I've had more and more people tell me they have found my business, Florida Home and Patio, online. They are very nice to work with, always a call away, and aren't scared to check up in person as well! I should also mention they built me a pretty good looking web site!

They solicited me for business, made me an offer and promised that they could assist me with both the web design and social media for three of my businesses.
The girls seemed nice enough, so I agreed to work with them, gave them my credit card information and waited for the results they guaranteed.
My assistant had to provide them with all of the images, the content and more- things that they initially said they could handle, yet my assistant spent hours going back and forth with them to provide them with every detail of the content.
The results were the Worst I have ever experienced or heard of others experiencing!
1. They left the website incomplete, looking terrible- I cannot even show it to customers. They promised a beautiful layout and we provided the content they needed, yet it is not anywhere near a decent looking site, by any standard. I found out they outsourced the web design to another company, but they must have fallen out of business with that company, as my website is inoperable.
2. I voiced my concerns and they still Charged My Credit Card another $600, saying “Oh well, we have to charge you anyway”
3. They never posted anything on my social media although they were supposed to create content and manage it

I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but after months of failed attempts to reach them as to fix the problems like they said would, they Took my Money and Ran!
This is a Warning to anyone interested in using this “agency”, it is a total scam and unfortunately I fell for it, I hope this review prevents you from doing the same.

I have only just begun with Out of the Blue Marketing, however, I am very impressed with the expertise of Rachel Rector, as well as Wade Scott. Those of us who are not technically savy can truly benefit from companies like this that will gently walk us through step-by-step of the creation process, even guiding us with innovative ideas, into helping ignite our businesses, and in my case ministry also. Entrepreneurs have ideas, and places like this, with people who get where you are creatively coming from, are patience in explaining and know how to turn it into reality. I would recommend this company from what I know already in their professional capabilities in advancing my projects. I know I will be writing yet another complimentary review as time goes by.
