Shout out to Jessica and how helpful she was. I brought in a dead battery my mom bought 2.5 years ago. The battery failed and had my mom stranded. Jessica did the warranty with a smile and no hassle. She was very professional and great customer service! Thanks!

I don’t expect the workers to be experts but they’ve always been pretty helpful and nice. More importantly I found the turbo air freshener at this location! Easily made me very happy because I’ve been wanting to buy one for my fiancé!

Also I bought my windshield wipers here and they’ve been amazing unlike the ones I got at Walmart that were USED. A little pricey but I haven’t had to worry about them in a hot minute!

Chuy was a real jerk!!!! And a good amount of the men working here don't women respectfully. They're so condescending. My husband was listened to and offered a cheaper brand than when I asked for exact same thing!!!!!!
Beware!!!! Scammers!

Wish I could give zero stars!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They picked out and sold me a windshield wiper that didn't go yo my car and then refused to refund my money!!! I'm still in shock. I did nothing wrong and was treated as if I stole from the company. I will never be back.

This store gave me a "faith in humanity restored" moment! I run Doordash and Favor to help my family survive during these troubling times. I walked into this location an hour before sundown yesterday with a headlight out and $13.10 to my name. I searched for the cheapest headlight they had but it was $12.99... I asked the young man behind the counter if these were the cheapest ones they had and he confirmed... I explained I only had $13 and couldn't afford it and thanked him for his help. He responded "gimmie a sec, let me see what I can do" and then discounted the item to 7.99 so I could afford it. This kind young man literally saved my butt and I am so deeply grateful. Thanks kiddo!
