I asked for quotes for both the studio/garage and the house. They measured every room to determine the cubic feet needed for optimal cooling and heating, which I appreciated. Nicolas, the estimator, provided a thorough overview of the system options and spoke positively about the team's expertise, which reassured us given our friends' great experience. On the scheduled installation day, Nicolas came with the installation crew to introduce the three friendly young technicians who would be setting up our system. After discussing the installation process and unit placements, Nicolas left the crew to get started. The installation team was not only skilled but also respectful and friendly. They always began the day by outlining their tasks and what they planned to achieve. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and updated us on their progress and when they would return. Having them in our home was a pleasant experience, and they were great with our dogs too. Once the installation was finished, they provided us with training on the new mini-split system, tidied up the work areas, and left us with a perfectly installed setup. Maddox, Tony, and Nicolas showed up almost exactly when they said they would for our ac repair. After evaluating our setup and getting some advice from Nicolas, Maddox and Tony started taking out the old units. Tony mainly focused on removing and installing the new heat pump, while Maddox worked on the inside air handler. They always teamed up for the heavy lifting and when precision was necessary. The connecting ductwork piece was custom-made and brought in from Orange HVAC, fitting perfectly and impressively. They hauled away the old equipment, leaving the work areas in a tidy condition and provided final directions after testing the ac system. It's awesome to have a new functional heat pump installed in no time. It was getting too hot in here! Cheers to everyone!

Yet, Maddox is dedicated to resolving this issue for me and my tenants. He's also offering me a fair deal on the work, as he always does. I once recommended him to a friend for a second opinion on their heater system. Another firm had insisted they needed a replacement. Maddox inspected their system for about 15 minutes and assured them it was in excellent condition, suggesting that the other company was likely trying to trick them into spending unnecessary money on a whole new system.
