Hi Optimum writing this for my father since he is old school. My father states that this is his favorite store to visit due to miss Veronica and Brenda. They are always smiling and asking how my family is. Brenda , the store manager, is always cheerful and checks in with everyone. I was waiting 5 mins to make a payment and get a new remote but she came over to me and inform me of the wait. She offered me water as i waited. I told her I'm an old retired man I have all the time in the world. This store has the best customer service I've ever seen. The world could use more kind people. You can't find great customer service anymore. Thank you Optimum and friends

Hello Optimum. For some reason I can't write a second review so I'm attaching it to this one.
09/16/24 I recently went into the main office and spoke with Brenda about setting up cable for my home. Brenda was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to get me the best deal. We were able to set up our cable by ourselves in our home, and she called us multiple times just to make sure we didn't have any questions and that our service was working properly. She's a great asset to your company. Thank you Brenda for making our experience effortless!

David Knight at the Kingman location was excellent to work with. Due to the economy, and rising cost of living, we were thinking we'd have to close our account of 17 years. He was able to look at it and give us the best advice on how to save. We left with a brand new, up to date modem and a lower bill. Thank you David for your knowledge and kindness. Scott sent over Bill and he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He had my new router up and running in no time. I had service with them for 11 months. I paid for 1 Gig and the best I got was 420.4 MBPS download/10.2 MBPS upload. I called to cancel and it took 1 hour plus, 5 hang ups until I talked with the 6th person who helped me. - Go with fiber!!

I selected auto-pay at time of installation, but now receiving emails that my account is overdue. Cannot get a human, especially one that is actually in the US to get help, because you have to go round and round with the automated line. Too frustrating! Unfortunately, the only internet provider in our area for now, or I would not have gone with them
